I am going to tell you right now....if I knew a facility was not licensed with the state health department I WOULD NOT be going to them. This is insanity.
Investigate their billing practices. People have complained for years about being double billed when they have insurance and SimonMed never correcting their mistakes.
Health facilities need oversight. That provides some degree of safety but has nearly nothing to do with patient care or medical outcomes in terms of disease. Direct your anger towards the oligopoly of health companies here gutting competition (the state has allowed constant consolidation of facilities), non medical corporate (including venture capital sadly) leaders in insurance, pharma extorting Americans with their prices, device companies who are even worse at times. Now the paperwork physicians must suffer through insurance, requiring extra employees, time and frustration to practice medicine deserves hatred.

That My Doc Now on Main St in Mesa and this Cardiac place called A.C.A.I cardiology tried doing that to me.
Don't pay it!
Some places are double billing people for co,-pays ...just a bunch of crooks. And then we still get crappy health care. 😑

I went to one in casa grande. Lots of people from one doctor in that area. Sent there no matters what. Was not a good visit for me.
