It's nice seeing a normal person install them without having to divide the room into quadrants.
Good job 👍
The quadrant is just to help them be aligned without getting too crooked. The underlying tile here helps with that situation.
😂
Through toilet part is why I came and your method was GENIUS...🙌🌻
So glad I could help! Have a great rest of the week! :)
*I’m really thinking about getting these floor pops now! Thanks for the step-by-step! So helpful!*
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for showing us exactly how you laid the tile around the toilet! I've watched several videos and there were either way too much talking, or no simple, or to-the-point instructions on how to do it. You picked the exact design I plan to purchase!🙂
The floor looks great! You rock!! 👍🏾
Thank you for such a sweet comment! Best of luck to you! Thanks again for watching!
Wowww, nice job! I'm glad you showed how you tiled around the toilet!😁
Thanks Patricia! 💕
I had noooooo idea how I was going to fit this tile around corners, etc. Thanks so much for the stencil tip! This is the second time I've used Floor Pops, and although it's a beautiful, easy, affordable option, I can second that the designs do not always line up perfectly.
Your how to video was far better than most.. Thanks,, getting ready to do this and I'm nervous!!
Aw, Don't be nervous... you'll do fine! You got this! 💕
Your explanation style is so calm and metered, you make a great teacher and your content doesn't feel gimmicky at all. Thank you! Planning to do this on my fireplace tile
Wow, thank you! Let me know how it goes! :)
Wow! your bathroom looks great! OK I’m starting this afternoon you gave me the courage!
Just found your channel. I'll be installing Floor Pops tile also. Seeing your template around the toilet is exactly what I was looking for. You're floors look great. I also spent $55 for these tiles from Amazon. Thank You for sharing!
This look amazing. Thank you. So helpful
i did peel and stick on my floor as well and it came out so good! such a budget-friendly option and you cant even tell!
Wonderful! You made it look so easy. I should receive my tiles tomorrow. Thank you for the inspiration.
Oh my it looks so good. were all so proud of you keep up the good work!!!
I'm a perfectionist too (in my head) 😂 I purchased 2 huge boxes of tiles very similar to those you have and will be putting them in my Master bedroom. I've already painted the walls white and painted my vanity black. Thanks for the great video, especially the placement around the toilet. You did an Amazing job, I loooooove it 🤍
Just ordered these files in a different pattern. So excited to try & your video is the best walk through / tips I’ve seen & I’ve been researching these for weeks!
Yay! Thank you! I'm sure yours will look amazing!
They look lovely, thanks for the tutorial too, I have just had some arrive and was looking for tips on fitting them xxxx
Such a great video! Thank you for sharing! I just ordered mine.
Just as a tip for other people, if your molding is lifted up a little like hers just take one of the papers from one of the other tiles and slide it under the molding a little to cut a template. Using a paper as a template for the pieces next to the wall works awesome also, just fold it to size. It works great. You did a fantastic job!
Thank you! I appreciate your helpful tips and comment!
There's a much easier way to cut perfect tile portions. When you get to the wall and have say a 4" space from the last tile laid and the wall/baseboard just lay a tile on top of the last tile installed making sure it's closely up against the wall/baseboard.. The portion that overlaps the installed tile is where you mark your cut. It will fill in the space perfectly and if your tile pattern is a little off center and that open space measures 4" on the left and 4-1/8" on the right this overlay technique will automatically take that into consideration. Those portion sections of the tiles will fit perfectly snug up against the wall.
Thank you. I just received my tiles for the entry. You gave me the confidence to do this a bit different than the quadrants.
Looks awesome! Great job!
Lovely transformation 👌. Really like the pattern. Such a good price.
Best wishes from.Australia 🙋♀️🐨
Love your videos thank you so much!! We just bought a big beautiful house that’s really outdated but after watching your videos we don’t have to break the bank!!! God bless you lady!! Keep up the videos 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Congrats on the NEW house! And thank you for the support! 💖
Great job! I love black and white, so this really caught my eye.
Good luck with your channel. ❤️
Thank you for your well wishes! Have a great week :)
Omg great job girl!! You totally inspired me!! I’m doing my kitchen all by myself!
Go girl.. do it!! 💕
The bathroom looks so much bigger with the new tiles! Great job!!
Thanks so much! 😀
Really helpful instruction. Gonna try it over my old ugly floor! Yay! Tks.😊
Thanks for the sweet commen, Cherie! Good luck! :)
Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing. I was nervous about starting but you made it seem easy. Going to try to start our bathroom today! You're awesome! ☺
Yes!! 💕
Omg, this is going to help me so much that I'm actually going to have it playing over and over. I have the same tile and dong the floor is the last part of my project, but low and behold I didn't buy enough tile, I thought I had enough, nope, so I lay it out and now waiting on the rest to come. However, watching you do this has given me so much confidence. I did our powder room about a month ago and it took me 3 days and it still wasn't near perfect especially around the toilet, this time I'm doing the main bathroom and will learn from my mistakes. Again thanks so much, I will be using you as a guide and your bathroom looks beautiful.
Aww thank you Terri! I’m so glad I was able to help! Your sweet comment made my day! I appreciate it so much. Sending my best wishes to you! Take care!
GREAT JOB ! 👍🏼
You did an excellent job of cutting the squares to fit around the toilet. The floor looks great!
Thank you Clare!💕
That looks really nice
My wife is looking at this product for a small bathroom remodel, and I came across this video. Very well done. Lots of good, useful tips. And the video gets right to the job at hand. I’ll repost when I get the job done. I’m hoping it will go as smooth as yours. Yours turned out great! Thanks for the tips and the video!
Thank you and good luck! I am sure it will turn out amazing! She'll love it! :)
Your bathroom is beautiful, thanks for sharing this step by step video! Love the pattern you chose as well! Great job 👏🏾🤗
Thanks Teresa!
Thank you for sharing this! I literally was looking up tutorials and noticed you bought the same design as us ❤️ so fitting!
How cool! I love that design! Hope your install goes smoothly!! 💕
Love this turned out great and beautiful. Motivated to try this on my bathroom floor it needs a refresh and an update!! Very inspiring and affordable yayyy!!
Thanks so much! 😊
When you’re cutting around a corner like that you can always flip a piece of paper underneath the door frame and trace then you have a template to use on top of the tile b4 u cut
Thanks for the tip!! :)
Thank you👍
I purchased the gray and white tiles. Going to do in about a week!!!
Hi! New subscriber and have to say that your idea for around the toilet is just genius!! I'm so happy I found you, I've been putting off putting my new floor down cuz I was worried about going around the toilet! You saved me! Bathroom looks great..
So sweet! Thank you Joleen! Best wishes to you, have a great weekend💕
Ordered these recently and have been nervous about installing. This helped so much!
So happy I could help! Best wishes to you!
It looks FANTASTIC
Thanks Marcella!
Great job. Our kitchen has the same linoleum but it's in brown.🤪 Really thinking of doing the pop tiles 🙂
Ahhhhh i am screaming right mow waaao 👏👏
Wow! And just in the nick of time. I was about to buy floor paint even though I was really worried about how long it would last. This is a much better option. The best part looks like even if a piece gets ruined, you can tear it out and put in a new one (if the difference isn't too startling). Like you said.....buy extra tiles! I thank you, my mother thanks you, my cat thanks you and the friends who had to listen to me gripe about this floor give you double thanks.
Perfect timing! I love when that happens! Thank you for the support, sending our best wishes to you and you future projects! So glad I could be of inspiration, Enjoy!
It is beautiful. Great job!
Thank you Vicki!
You’ve outdone yourself! It looks quite professional for someone whom has never approached this type of project .
Well Done! Looks beautiful:)🌟⭐️✨🌸🌺🦋
Thank you Jan! That is so sweet!
just ordered these through your link! ty so much for the inspiration!
You’re so sweet Heather! Thank you so much. 💕Have a great weekend!
For the seams between the tiles use a rolling pin putting all your weight when you roll. This looks great. ☺️
Toilbaby excellent tip!!!
Toilbaby does the rolling pin makes it more flat
So glad i watched this or going around my toilet wouldve been a mess! Thanks for the stencil tip.
You're welcome Kaibeth! Good luck! 😊
Yeah that looks great, I’m doing that now for our kitchen, I’ve done this a few times before but I’ve never seen the Amazon tile design. I’ll be doing that for our bathroom
I’m going try my first attempt at laying down 12 x 12 inch Squares in my kitchen.
I’ve been awaiting over a year; as now that I am “ quarantined “ I have been doing all those projects and organizing in my Dining Room ( I was using it as my desk - datebook, Giles, materials, etc).
Now it’s so beautiful in my dining room, I am so wanting to take the kitchen now. A bit by bit as not yo wear myself out. For today I shall rest. I spent 15 hrs in my Dining room.
Therefore, now that everything has a place in which I know exactly where to find any information I may need, I will begin another project tomorrow. :). Just a bit fatigued today. Thank you for your you tube video as precisely as you have mentioned. To be certain to put a speckle right around the tub area and around the commode area. :). You’re fabulous! A million thanks to you. :).
I appreciate your kindness, I’m so happy I can help! It’s a great time to work on those projects we never have time for! For me it’s helps with stress and anxiety in times like these! Sending you well wishes, take care!

Stencil tile? Super idea and great job on the tiling!
I was wondering how to tackle the toilet. Great idea with the stencil!
Wow! They have all kinds of things . I want some on gold
Awesome price for this project and I’m sure they’re adhering well on the old vinyl. Really pretty
Very helpful!! Thank you!!
You're welcome Harriet! Glad it was helpful for you! :)
Looks beautiful!
Thank you Brenda! :)
Very helpful video. Loved how particular you are.
Aw, thanks Brenda!
Brilliant!❤️
Thank you!!
Great video, thanks for documenting this.
Question, How do they feel on your feet? Are they similar to normal tile? Have a sticky feel to them...? Also wondering how easy they are to clean and if there is build up of dirt in between the tiles? Any nicks in the tile so far, if so what does it show underneath?
Thanks!
God job. Thanks for sharing.
I make this a year ago and still beautiful. Everyone love it! You did great ❤️❤️
P.S we pick the same one!
Your so sweet, thank you!
@@ValerieAguiar // can you please tell us what kind of sealant you used?
Looks really good.
Thank you Karen! :)
Yes + the seams/corners are flawless. Lodie
Thank you for sharing!
Hi Katherine! Of course... I appreciate your support 💕
I’m installing the exact same tiles in my half bath today! I was so nervous about the toilet and you just made me feel so much better! Just subscribed!! 🖤🖤
How are they holding up after a year? Thinking of doing the same but in my kitchen
@@fuck1296 they are perfect! My washing machine even leaked water all into the bathroom & they never budged. I ended up putting them in the master bathroom too!
@@mdback81 awesome thanks for replying to me (:
Just thinking of ordering these today. So good to see them n hear they are good. Thanx all.
Hi @Mdback81- now that time has passed, did the tiles hold up and stay in place? I am considering them, but want to know if these will last and stay in place. Any information or feedback would be appreciated.
You explained amazing thanks 🙏
Thanks Nathalie!
Love this it looks excellent! :)
Gorgeous
Aw, thanks Marcie! 💕
So helpful!!
Glad I can help! Thanks for watching! 😉
Hi I loved this - it looked really contemporary. Can you tell me please, if you dropped water on the floor - accidentally - would it go through the joins of the tiles?
Wow!!! I’m following you, along the way. I just painted my vanity, and used the countertop epoxy. Now waiting for my floor pops to come in. I was thinking of painting my tile floors but I hope this floor pop flooring works out great. Fingers crossed!!! So excited, thank you for your detailed videos!!!!
I'm so excited for you! Let me know how it all works out, thank you for following! Best wishes!
Toni Bates did you say you have tile flooring? Are you putting these over existing tile flooring? If so, can you let me know how it came out. I’m wanting to do this over tile but worried about the grout and not being level.
Kammy M it didn’t work... I’d have to apply a layer of concrete because my tiles are slightly raised and it didn’t lay flat enough for it to work. I just PAINTED THE FLOOR WITH FLOOR PAINT SND STENCILED IT. It’s beautiful.
@@tonibates5341 I'm glad you found something that worked for you! Best wishes to you Toni!
Toni Bates thanks so much for getting back to me and letting me know how it went for you. Ok, good to know because my tile is not leveled at all. I might look into painting it for now. Thanks so much have a wonderful rest of your week :))
WOW👀!!! You did a Beautiful ❤️ job! I love 💕 the pattern 😍 it's really chic and loos like a professional did it! I have a fixer upper and, it's a NIGHTMARE! I wish 55 dollars was my answer, but it will take a miracle, I love what you did, just lovely.👍👍👍👍👍❤️
You are the sweetest, thank you Victoria! 💕 Wishing you all the best with your fixer upper! Take care!
beautiful
Excellent job
Thanks Annette! 💕
amazing 😻
Thanks!
Very nice
Loved your tutorial video!! My boyfriend and I just installed floor pops in our bathroom as well!! 😍 Do you have a sealer that you recommend?!
Hi Valerie, thank you so much for this! I was going crazy about around the toilet, wonderful tip. How did you manage to fill those tiny gaps around? thanks!
Good job!
Thanks Jill!
Beautiful
Thanks! 💕
It looked great. Well done around the toilet. Tricky! Do they stick well? Did you need to add extra adhesive?
Oh and u can always install quarter round where the floor meets the baseboard along the wall. It will help prevent peeling up of the tiles and will hide the gap against the baseboard. A lot of people do this instead of ripping out the base board and putting it back in. Whenever your removing baseboard even if your careful you can crack it.
Thank you so much for this Gem of information. I have a bathroom and sink/shower area I plan to tile, and the small room with the toilet has quarter round already, but the shower room does not because it had carpet and padding which I removed. So my dilemma was what to do about the baseboards that sit right on the floor. Adding Quarter round is the answer! ;) Believe it or not, I was thinking I had to remove them, install the tile, and then put the baseboards back so they were on top of the Floorpops.
You are a very patient woman. But, it does look great.
Is this fine to use on the floor in the shower?
When removing this (I rent) is it difficult? Is the sticky stuff hard to remove from the original floor underneath?
Great video. Currently we have GREEN peel and stick tile downstairs. Literally looks like barf 😂 i'm planning to sell my house next year and i think i'm going to overlay new peel and stick over the old peel and stick so it looks better because the green is horrendous 😂
How do you make the transition from the hallway into the bathroom smooth?
good job
I want to do my small bathroom too, they have these at Hobby Lobby fo $12 for a box of 10. After watching you do yours, I may have to get some.
Go for it! They make a world of a difference!😍
It looks amazing and you did a great job!
Thank you for watching! I love the transformation too! Hope you had a great weekend!
We have ugly ceramic tile with grout. Any ideas of how to use these with thar?
this is my next project. you did a great job. What sealant did you use around the toilet?
