How to make Kenyan Mandazi with Coconut Milk

  • This week on Chef Carol's Cooking Class, I am preparing mandazis with coconut milk and Cardamom. This is a very fast and easy Recipe to prepare super soft Mandazi.
    Ingredients:
    500 g All-Purpose flour
    280ml Coconut milk
    80g Sugar
    1 tbsp. Baking powder (ca. 15g)
    1 Egg
    9 Cardamom seeds
    Oil to fry

    What are the ingredients and how much one uses it would help if you listed it doesn’t make sense putting the receipe at the end of the video also saying what quantities your using would be helpful

      Recipe. There are a few mzungus who have picked up on this food.
      Soon the mzungu will tell us they invented the mandazi.
      You know I mean.
