I'm on a 10.7 sometimes 10.8 if I want a good challenge they should just call it the reflex challenge cause soon if you play a song long enough it just becomes muscle memory

There's nothing wrong playing in low speed man. If you want to improve more in this game is practice your sense of rhythm and peripheral vision. Play a note speed in BanDori where you feel comfortable. And just practice! Even it's just a small improvement, it will help you a lot.
