4:52 That car was lightyears away from you. But no, rather than dabbing your brake pedal, let's overtake it at 70mph on a 40mph road. Return your licence to Kellogg's.
Not even Kellogg's would give him a pretend license. Awful driving. I do question why people do something that stupid, save the footage and then voluntarily let it get uploaded on the internet
@@gamingpredator4226 That's the thing though, he's so oblivious to his stupidity and bad driving that he uploaded it still thinking he was in the right!
With a 7 second completely OTT blast of the horn to boot. As someone who experiences this a lot where I live, I’d like to remind all drivers that you and the other vehicle do not exist in a vacuum…. and the horn is an especially irritating noise.
Also next clip did not seem to show a great deal of awareness. Should have been slowing as soon as the biker moved in front.
That was just unbelievable. I nominate Peter for CotYear!
I'd imagine there's back story to his clip afterwards too
COTW goes to Andrew S for blasting his horn at a car pulling out a quarter mile in front of him, then proceeding to overtake through a junction.
literally just landed himself 3 points and a fine for that dangerours driving fiasco
I was gonna say the same, what a tool he is.
I think his misses called him a twat in the next clip...can't have been the bike 😂
Was literally thinking the same… people on this same vid were almost killed by people doing the same thing
He was day dreaming at the time and thought he was on the back straight at Brands Hatch
Andrew S is currently beeping his horn at Halley's Comet, concerned of its potential proximity to earth ahead of its 2061 appearance. Mind you, with a Mrs that jumpy, you can understand why he's permanently on edge.
BAAAABE!!!! 🤣
Okay, the second bit of that made me actually laugh. Andy's gotta be a bit delusional to upload both of these clips. One a non-issue, and another of himself speeding heavily.

@@iJobama you are trolling right? His behaviour was way out of order it wouldn't take much to slow down with how far the car was away I mean just lifting of the throttle would be enough
@@iJobama he didn't have to brake, alm he needed to do was to ease off the accelerator for a moment.
It even seemed like he had to speed up to pass it.

@@iJobama doesn't matter, that's evasive manoeuvring, only for emergency, this wasn't that, there was no way he could know what was around him definitely also the other car may have moved into the right turnoff lane without indication plus speed looked quick but there is no way for us to know.
4:51 Andrew must have been testing the horn. Not sure what else he was beeping at, as that car emerged about a mile down the road.
Yes Andrew is a bit of a dash cam twat !

4:54 Andrew S saw that land rover pull out LITERALLY THE DAY BEFORE he reached it and still didn't bother slowing down!!
3:26 - There's a fire engine, clearly on an emergency call that has closed the road for safety, using the appliance. But I'll just go around it because I'm special.
I was kind of hoping that as he got past he drove straight into a fireball like that scene in Independence Day where the plane goes to investigate the spaceship.
Literally earlier today I saw another clip on Idiots in Cars or suchlike where some American muppets were drifting around a massive burning pyre. One guy drifted _through_ it by mistake and the whole rear of his car immediately went up in a fireball and the entire car burned out.
Maybe he was hoping the Firefighters would give him a free wash-down on the way passed?
Justin just casually overtaking a fire engine trying to block the road to deal with a major hazard because his impatient arse can't wait. Hand back your licence and collect the C**t of the year award on the way.
And still uploading his footage? 🤔

Absolutely agree.
4:18 well done Isobel C, we need more drivers like you. Observant, reacted quickly and safely, no drama. You must have one of those odd cars where the brake pedal is not linked to the horn! 😉😉
I also like the muttering “no, no no no” under your breath.
I don't wanna say much but uhm.. This is actually poor showing from Isobel, too much awareness, not enough screaming tosspot and trying to cause a collision.
I think Dido made a song about her?
"Dear Isobel, youre driving well and what you did was right. Oh, the roads are hell but you're doing well and you'll stay safe tonight..."
I can't believe I've witnessed a dashcammer see an oncoming vehicle on their side of the road and think, "oh look, a hazard. This looks a bit dodgy, I better slow so I don't get caught in a head-on collision." Isn't the proper response to maintain your speed (why should YOU have to slow down), flash your lights and blast your horn whilst shouting "'kiinnnn heeellllllllll!"?
the first clip LMAO
i would have shouted "you can't park there mate!!" 🤣😂🤣
10:06 Great work Ethan. No need to stop and offer the dashcam footage to the driver who was hit, they can sort out their insurance claim without the benefit of your evidence. Best to rush home to upload it to youtube. What a hero.
He probably stayed in Lane 2 all the way home as well.
I agree he should stop to see if people needs help. There could be injured. Perhaps not.. here in Denmark you're very much encouraged to stop. If you hinder any legal issues, then you can be punished for not stopping...
On the other hand, it is a rear ending. Usually the blame is easy to dish out for police and insurance
This!!! What’s the point in having one if you’re not going to share footage with drivers in incidents like that.
To be fair I wouldn't stop on the hard shoulder either, but I would pass it on to the police

Putting my vote in for Andrew S as COTW
Andrew is a plonker, beeping his horn at people in the next county. But he's not in Justin's league, let alone Peter's. Justin went round a fire engine that was positioned to block traffic from coming past, and Peter deserves a dangerous driving conviction.
So Andrew for POTW, Justin for TOTW, and Peter for COTW.
Andrew S and Peter both in situations where just slowing down would have avoided any issue, rather than hitting the horn and protect file video
Anonymous biker will have written on his headstone " I got it on camera!".
Oh that first one brought me such joy.
I counted 17 hazard lines in 3 seconds at 4:51 meaning Andrew S was doing 76MPH in what looks like a 40 limit.
More likely to be a 60 (Uk national) Most of those roads in Devon are. I know the next point will be "but theres a village" , its not a village, its a couple of buildings. If you're calculations are correct then he was still speeding.
Yeah, what an absolute........use the brake! no, apply the horn directly when the car pulls out..wow
@@seansamurai1981 There's a NSL sign entering a side road so it can't be 60 or the sign would not be there. Lines are painted for 40MPH and below but it's actually 50, GPS 50.801807, -3.435729 shows 50 limit signs in the side road.
He almost struggled to catch up to him 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

COTW was a toss up between Andrew S and (what do you call a man with a very short knob?) Justin until Peter came along at 6:45 with his "I don't care if somebody gets killed but you're not overtaking me" stunt.
A chode is the word you're looking for.
Van driver's actions aside, Peter should be banned from driving for speeding up in an attempt to block the overtake
Hear, hear. Includes Clive Y at 1:55. We get these week after week and they just don't seem to get that they are as much a problem as the other driver, not to mention the main beam with oncoming cars, and the impotent use of the horn.
Highway Code, section 168: "
Being overtaken. If a driver is trying to overtake you, maintain a steady course and speed, slowing down if necessary to let the vehicle pass. Never obstruct drivers who wish to pass. Speeding up or driving unpredictably while someone is overtaking you is dangerous. Drop back to maintain a two-second gap if someone overtakes and pulls into the gap in front of you." Peter did not slow down when it was clearly necessary. Don't be like Peter. Peter is a TOTW.
I was think the same thing. That video irked me more than it should have
I came here to say the same. Clearly speeds up. His commentary is about himself.
Just to be clear, deliberately closing a gap just to deny someone a legitimate lane change make YOU the dickhead not them! Several examples in this episode.
That first one was so comical, I had to watch it twice :D
Why stop there? watch it again! Lol, in all seriousness, I would have had to stop, wind the window down, point and laugh at him, call him a wan**r, and then drive off laughing.

I nominate Isobel C. 04:20. Sees oncoming problem, slows down, doesn't swear, and doesn't lean on their horn. Nice driving.
Unlike Andrew S who is clearly an absolute tool.
She seems to swear after incident, just before the clip ends.
6:40 Peter.... oh, dear Peter. Not your finest hour.
The 'anonymous' biker is not long for this world if they carry on like that, bit of defensive riding needed, both occasions easily avoidable, but made worse by their riding. Yes the cars shouldn't be driving like that, but there's proving a point and then there's getting home alive
Think bike. Because they can't think for themselves.
In Emergency services we call those type of motorcycle riders organ donor's!
@@angeldreams2307 donorcyclists?
The first one was insane - car indicated to change lanes so the biker speeds up to overtake it then gets irate when the car driver does exactly what they indicated they wanted to do!
Exactly! I get that the blue car was in the wrong but the biker should have just slowed down and gave way instead of speeding up and then getting pissed about it, it could have just been avoided if the biker had given way to the other idiot. Urghhh such idiocy 🫣
Loving the new craze of overtaking into on coming traffic.
Some people must really like to play chicken
While that's not a new craze there seems to be a relatively new craze of those who are nearly hit coming to a complete stop on a fast bit of B road etc despite the oncoming vehicle being long gone.
Andrew S, you are the type of people we need to be scared of on the road. Not the person who pulled out in front of you with ample time 🔔end
The person that clearly didn't have ample time to pull out because Andrew S had to go around them or slow down to avoid crashing into them? The person, who by pulling out and causing that need for Andrew to change speed or direction broke the law? (TSRGD 2016)
Interesting how you blame the person that didn't do something illegal. Do you pull out of give way junctions in the same way the bad driver in the clip did? Thinking "They've got plenty of space to slow down for me"? Is that why you're having a go at the wrong driver?
@@damionlee7658 Judging by how many hazard lines he passed per second, you can figure out the speed he was going at was at least 65mph, however others have gotten different results as high as 76mph I think one commenter said. Feel free to do the calculations yourself to figure this out.
The speed limit is 50mph on this road. Had Andrew been going the speed limit (as I'm sure the other car assumed he was doing) and not 15+mph over it, he would've likely had no need to slow down...
@@skropp0 if he's speeding (and I haven't tried to work it out because it's never going to be particularly accurate from a RUclips video), it may be correct that he wouldn't have needed to slow down. But, any speeding and the pull out are still be separate issues. The law doesn't permit you to pull out because the other driver wouldn't have had to react of they weren't going as fast.
So, if Andrew is speeding, that shows a poor lack of judgement, and would make him a bad driver. But it does nothing to change the bad driving of the driver that pulled out, who is responsible for ensuring that they can join the road without causing ANY driver on the major route (regardless of their driving standard) to change speed or direction in order to avoid a collision.
@@damionlee7658The fact of the matter is that the cammer was going roughly 30-50% over the speed limit and proceeded to dangerously overtake into a junction at such a high speed with no room to slow down in the event of somebody coming onto the junction (which anybody coming up to the junction would not forsee regardless, and an accident would've been potentially fatal to all involved parties).
There would've been no issue had the cammer been going at an appropriate speed, which I'm sure was the assumption of the car in front. Additionally, the cammer fails to slow down until they are just beginning to pass the other car.
If the cammer were driving safely (not to mention legally) then the car in front made a perfectly fine maneuver and could've easily gotten to speed in time without the cammer needing to brake. It is hard to judge the speed of cars when pulling out, so it's best to assume they're going the speed limit (y'know, what the cammer should've done). The responsibility is on the cammer for going at excessive speed making the road unsafe for other drivers.
@@skropp0 his speed is not a matter of fact, it is a judgement a group of people have made based on a RUclips video. A video where they have no way of knowing if it had had its frame rate adjusted, no way of knowing if there are any dropped frames, no way of knowing what distortion the lens had added. And again, it doesn't make any difference to the driver that pulled out into Andrew's path.
Your reliance on the amateur mathematics of a group of people on RUclips, from a source that is unreliable at best speaks volumes about hope rational you are, and your need to demonize Andrew.

True, but Justin is a very important man, with important places to be! Either that or he's a complete twat.
It's to protect the crew and is called "the fend off position"
2:58 Little Quiz for Ben R, it's dark, there are no street lamps, suddenly you see a vehicle overtaking an oncoming lorry, what is the best as safest option to combat the foolish driving you are confronted with..
A) Slow down and pull as tight to the nearside as you can
B) Do nothing
C) Put your headlights on full Beam so not only the foolish driver coming head on towards you is blinded but the driver of the HGV is also blinded.
6:40 he is gaining fast then by 6:45 struggling to get past, either you sped up or he slowed down. If an accident happened there and they got your camera footage, you could be found in someway responsible surely for what? trying to prevent an overtake and or prove a point?
He clearly sped up, based on his rant that someone had the audacity to overtake him. Peter needs to leave driving to grown-ups.
Yeah this only happened to me the other day trying to overtake someone. Speeding up when someone is already overtaking must be one of the stupidest dick moves you can make on the road. Makes a very dangerous situation for everyone just because your head is up your arse.
Accelerating like that would make an accident deliberate. Roadragers like Peter underestimate the legalities of that, but being found to deliberately cause a crash...
Firstly overrides liability so you always pay, even if the other driver was drunk, on their phone and dancing the macarena while breaking five traffic rules. Which is why if you decline to stop for a brakecheckers or something, you must always claim to not have seen them or not have anticipated in time and never say you knew a roadrager was going to do that but you simply declined to react because they were such extreme bellends.
Secondly it's then also a criminal matter. Admittedly the prosecution of such drivers is often woefully lacking unless someone gets hurt, but it can result in many charges from criminal damage to manslaughter.
I've had someone speed up all the way from 20 to 95 (in a 50) to cut me out and kill me by pushing me into oncoming traffic, then deliberately hit me when I merged back in, then got out and attacked. It cost him convictions for insurance fraud (he filled out a deliberately wrong claim) assault and criminal damage. Rough seeing as he didn't even had a swingle connecting swing at me to show for it.
He sped up, when you see the 1st camera angle, the lines in the middle sped up as well, so he clearly sped up to try and stop him from passing
If I'm not mistaken, that is counted as a form of dangerous driving
“Oh hey this Fire Engine’s blocking the road to stop traffic going past the fire and causing more problems. Guess that doesn’t apply to me.”
I wonder if he would have done the same thing if it had been a police or ambulance vehicle blocking the road? I somehow doubt it....

Legend has it Ethan is still in the 2nd lane.
Actually it turns into a 3 lane motorway a few miles further on and he immediately moved into lane 3 😁
Rumour has it Andrew S blasts his horn at any car that pulls out within 2 miles of him
3:35 Justin behave, the fire truck parked there so you couldn’t get around it as it’s literally on fire and a hazard. You absolute div.
4:51 Andrew you were in another postcode when that car pulled out
5:02 Care to tell us how long you were plodding along the outside lane?
6:50 maybe ease of the accelerator instead of trying to cause an accident to prove a point
There’s a lot of 🛎🔚s in this video
@@alexsmith7354 why were you in them? 😂
@@Thomo-ke8bz Have you got a problem? You seem to be harassing me. To also add you are most likely more grown up so why don’t you stop? You would not leave me alone on a completely different video and here you are to harass me again.. get a grip
@@alexsmith7354 aw sorry, did I hurt your feelings, ok I promise to be nice😇
It’s called banter… get a grip. 😭
@@Thomo-ke8bz harassing someone isn’t called banter….
4:52 Bleedin' heck Andrew that car is quite a distance from you, why not just tape your horn down so you can beep everyone ?
5:43 Atleast you got your shopping delivered straight to you Graham! :D
@ovenpizza you and the lads definitely get the beers in to watch dashcams on a Sunday 😂
"do we have to press a button?"
Graham B 5:45 - Free Shoppin' what a win!
5:36 ASDA's newest delivery service being tested out where your orders get delivered to you as you drive home!
Asda said "will be in touch shortly for more information so they can investigate further and respond to you in due course". Nothing happened.
With budget supermarket delivery at 7:53
I thought he was emulating the old arcade game 'paperboy' ....
I'd have collected that. For safety of course...
@@gregcooper2719 Greg, you should change the dot on '7.53' to a : to make it a timestamp for quick access to that part of the video 🙂
Sarah H needs to re evaluate her driving skills. Pedestrian in road, regardless of lights, has the right of way, just because the light is Green doesn’t mean you can plough on ahead and whack your brakes in last minute and scare them to death.
imagine if he'd tripped... she's an absolute disgrace
She was actually accelerating at him at one point. He would have been safely over if she hadn't whacked her foot to the floor. She made him jump backwards and he could he been hit by the car on the inside lane. If it wasn't for Peter, Andrew S and Justin she could have been a contender for COTW, she must try harder next time.
@@Right_is_Wrong to be honest I think you've misread that situation totally and kudos for her for actually stopping.
@@deanbrown29 Wow. You should probably stop driving, as you are clearly incompetent if that's really what you think.
Pedestrian was worse, no way he could have made that at her speed
That first clip made my flippin day 🤣🤣✌️✌️🇬🇧🇬🇧
I particularly like the way the driver tries to style it out afterwards - "it's no biggie". 🤣
Nice one for stopping, Ethan...
0:32 was waiting for that instant karma
loved how he still drives on while his car is badly damaged.
Yes, it's a 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 moment.
I feel sorry for the car :*( it didnt deserve that fate, my first car was similar
@@samlovatt6966 I wear almost in tears watching it happen IRL.
Smashing up someone's car he stole doesn't feel like karma.
Liam B. From @5:19. Possibly the most shocking dash cam footage to ever be uploaded to this channel!
This has to be one of the best Dash Cam videos in a while!
Thank you martin, you quite possibly saved that bikers life.he lives to ride another day
DPD never fails to make an appearance on a dash cam video...Not let down this week ..
They drive round our estate like Monaco F1 circuit, police could just follow DPD vans and fill holes in their budget with fines!
6:41 and Peter is annoyed that some one (especially a box van) is overtaking him!! Poor Peter isn’t in front anymore! Cue tantrum
The van's overtake was atrocious, but Peter's response was in breach of Highway Code 168 and should've cost him his licence.
@@Jaccayumitty Other than not indicating there was nothing wrong with the overtake. The road was clear (the oncoming cars only appear as the van is getting ahead of Peter) and the van driver could see for miles. The incident only occurred because Peter decided that nobody was going to overtake him and put his foot down. Peter is definitely COTW.
Cue
@@nlanwarne That snookered him. 😉
04:53 - careful, Andrew, someone in the next county might be pulling out, better get on that horn, pronto!
Great clips thanks
5:00 Andrew S driving
6:40. What do you think your doing ? he's making a legal pass, Broken lines, straight road, plenty of room between you and the driver in front, plenty of time for the maneuver. So what did you choose to do ? Accelerate and try and prevent his maneuver, and nearly cause an accident. You should be in line for COTM award.
I'm trying to form my own opinion on this one. He does seem to accelerate, but in the backwards-facing cam you can see a 50 limit sign, which could indicate that they've just entered a nation limit, in which case he was, all things considered, justified in accelerating. If that's the case, the overtaking van should have factored that in when deciding to start their overtake, though I agree the cammer should have backed off when they could see the overtake wasn't going to plan. What amazes me more than anything in just about every dashcam compilation I've seen is that people commit 100% when they overtake. It seems like there's never any consideration given to the option of aborting when you realise you haven't got the oomph you need. Truthfully, I don't think anyone did well in this clip.
@@frostycab woah woah woah Common sense isn't appropriate here.
Oven pizza just given you a new intro 🤣
I would love to be in that car journey with Oven Pizza lol
10:07 Thanks Ethan for stopping to share your evidence, oh wait.
Ethan here, there was truck in the inside lane so I couldn’t move across. I didn’t want to potentially cause another accident for what seemed to be a pretty open and shut case. I did pass the footage onto police however
100% Peter sped up when he was being overtaken @ 7:00
Absolutely. Between 6:39 and 6:43, you can see that the Renault van quickly made up about 20 feet in the overtake manoeuver and then found it increasingly hard to pass as Peter very obviously accelerated. You can also see from the lines on the road that Peter accelerated by at least 20 mph. Peter's the biggest cock here by miles. He could have caused a very serious head on collison that was totally avoidable.
It's a real pain in the arse when slow drivers accelerate and you're not in a powerful car. Someone tried it to me the other day in an A4 35 TSI but thankfully, I've got a remapped Vauxhall Insignia VXR with 370 bhp so they weren't successful in the slightest.
