If you dont remember clips to close the curtain use a hanger that you would use to hang pants that you have in your room, thats what I use when I stay in hotels

I stayed in a room mirrored to this on Anthem of the Seas. Loved it. The bottom of the couch pulled out into a trundle style bed with a much more comfortable mattress. I love their balconies. Very roomy and I loved having a foot stool and an adjustable chair. I have been on other cruise lines and their balcony furniture was nowhere near as comfortable as Royal’s was.

We’re in 11122 on July 1st? Some other videos show the bed by the balcony and others have the bed closer to the bathroom. Is there some way to know which room will have which?
Good question! We aren’t sure other than researching your exact room online for fellow cruisers photos/videos. Might be able to find out by calling Royal Caribbean too.

Nice tour. I always leave my balcony curtains open to wake up with the sun. Great tip as to Alaska sun comes up so early. I’ll bring clips. I wanted Portside, but sold out, unfortunately. I hope Oasis has the clothesline as it’s perfect for bathing suits. Enjoy your days off, lounging and relaxing.💙

Our route is through Sitka, Skagway and Juneau route. How can we find out if our room is on the port side or not so that we can enjoy the glacier as you mentioned in your video. Thanks in advance.
Cruise tip! If you cruise on Holland America, they rotate the ship at certain glaciers so each side of the ship can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.
Great tip! We were told they do that on Ovation too but it didn’t really happen from what we could see as it sat on our view and then turned and sailed away 😅
@@JJCruise Ron and I had a cabin on Port side, his sister and Mom were on Starboard side. As the ship rotated, we were running back and forth to enjoy the view! 🤣

Good afternoon I am watching your video tour and I was just wondering how dose the bed work what I mean if they are two twins and they can put them together how do they stay together because when me and my sister where little we would put are beds together so we could jump on them until they rolled apart and she fell in the middle where the crack was so that’s my question of the day have a great day
RC drink packages are very expensive when compared to Princess. Currently AUD$107/day/person without WiFi etc. Princess is AUD$65/day/person without WiFi. RC's specialty dining options are way more expensive. I'd love you guys to do a complete comparison between RC and Princess. Cabins on RC are much smaller in size, despite all their storage areas.
Feller I know got in a fight in a room like this (too much booze). Other guy cracked his head open on the mirror. I seen the room after the fight. Lordy, the damage. Hate to know what the charge was for repairs. Also, it happened on last night of Cruise so they hadda eat the cost of the next 'un. Comical in hindsight.

Hey Ivy! On the deck plan of Ovation of the Seas, find your stateroom and see if it’s on the left side of the ship. If so, yours is Portside! 🥳

June will most likely be a little cooler than August as August tends to be the warmer month of the two. Hope this helps! 🥳
