It's called being desperate. She ran out of styling BS so she used something else because she was to concerned about how how she won't look perfect. It's a combination of foolishness and desperation. Hell she can't even learn about caring for herself properly when she went ahead and fuckin dyed it, while still recovering none the less. It's a good lesson in learning how to be grateful to be put into a good life and not try to act like it's the movies, and how to learn how to put health over looks. With the styling shit she was doing anyway along with dying hair to the follicles, she was gonna screw up her hair anyway, the glue just helped to make the process quicker. With parents like her, no wonder why kids are so disrespectful and ungrateful nowadays. Again, good opportunity to learn rather then laugh, you can improve on others mistakes.
I bought some Gorilla Glue at Dollar General a week or so ago and the lady that rang me up told me not to put it my hair. I told her I would not. Both of up straight faced as could be. But when I got outside I had to laugh. I do feel sorry for that lady who did though, lesson learned.

I will say she did a great product review of Gorrila glue. It held true to its claims and when you use it, it drys fast and is extremely strong and holds whatever you glue together.

I've worked in retail. I had a woman tell me she needed essential oils cause her husband broke his leg. I had a man admit to eating a road killed humming bird and nearly dieing from food poisoning. I keep a small bottle of Gorilla Glue in my craft drawer since I do make pendants that require a tiny drop of it per to keep the design in place before adding in the resin. One time, I accidentally added too much & my stupid brain didn’t think to grab at one of my tools & instead used my fingers. Yeah, I regretted that. Thankfully, soap & water helped but I had glue on my fingers for a few days. I can only imagine how bad it was putting it in hair.

I know it sounds wild to some, but Elmer's Glue is actually a pretty common product used in different hairstyles. The punk community and many others use it regularly to achieve certain styles like the mohawk, liberty spikes, the "Watty", etc. It is weak crap so it washes right out with just water (though I'm sure it ain't great for your hair health and who knows what else it might to to your overall health) so the story ain't as crazy as it might sound assuming somebody just don't know the power of Gorilla Glue compared to others. A lotta people I know coulda ended up in that situation lol

It's called being desperate. She ran out of styling BS so she used something else because she was to concerned about how how she won't look perfect. It's a combination of foolishness and desperation. Hell she can't even learn about caring for herself properly when she went ahead and fuckin dyed it, while still recovering none the less. It's a good lesson in learning how to be grateful to be put into a good life and not try to act like it's the movies, and how to learn how to put health over looks.
With the styling shit she was doing anyway along with dying hair to the follicles, she was gonna screw up her hair anyway, the glue just helped to make the process quicker.

I bought some Gorilla Glue at Dollar General a week or so ago and the lady that rang me up told me not to put it my hair. I told her I would not. Both of up straight faced as could be. But when I got outside I had to laugh. I do feel sorry for that lady who did though, lesson learned.

I've worked in retail. I had a woman tell me she needed essential oils cause her husband broke his leg. I had a man admit to eating a road killed humming bird and nearly dieing from food poisoning. I even had someone say they didnt need to brush their teeth cause they chewed a pack of gum every day. There is not a doubt in my mind that someone could look at a can of super glue and think "Yeah, Imma use that on my hair." Common sence is not as common as you think it is.

I keep a small bottle of Gorilla Glue in my craft drawer since I do make pendants that require a tiny drop of it per to keep the design in place before adding in the resin. One time, I accidentally added too much & my stupid brain didn’t think to grab at one of my tools & instead used my fingers. Yeah, I regretted that. Thankfully, soap & water helped but I had glue on my fingers for a few days. I can only imagine how bad it was putting it in hair.

I know it sounds wild to some, but Elmer's Glue is actually a pretty common product used in different hairstyles. The punk community and many others use it regularly to achieve certain styles like the mohawk, liberty spikes, the "Watty", etc. It is weak crap so it washes right out with just water (though I'm sure it ain't great for your hair health and who knows what else it might to to your overall health) so the story ain't as crazy as it might sound assuming somebody just don't know the power of Gorilla Glue compared to others. A lotta people I know coulda ended up in that situation lol

How is this a legend didn't this just happen like a year ago and then it was some person on tik Tok with purple pink hair or something copy her and they have to go to emergency room too I remember this clearly as well and I think I saw the original product she was trying to use to substitute the gorilla glue for a hair store and at Walmart too if someone who's had super glue stuck on their tooth I know this s*** is really hard and very problematic I just hope more people don't do something like this I don't think she was thinking clearly or she just thought that it was substitute perfectly for what she wanted and it caused damage to her scalp I hope she recovered well from that and that it didn't leave her scalp with too much damage

It's easier to count the number of intelligent teachers I had than the unintelligent.
I only had like three teachers who actually knew what they were teaching beyond what the text books said.
I was the kid who asked questions that weren't in the text books and often the teacher either said they don't know or was wrong when I later went home and searched online.
