If any of you is having issues with pip commands “None existing” or anything related to it. This means that 1) You are not following the tutorial at all. 2) You need to install Python like I showed in the video. 3) Make sure you install the other requirements as well. 4) Some apps if they do support JIT they will need to be enable in the app settings. If the app doesn’t show up that means is not compatible or the dev of the app haven’t integrated JIT. 5) Your device is probably missing files for Python, solution found by @NomuNarukami753. Use this command inside of powershell:pip3 install setuptools this will install the missing components. Update regarding the Shortcut: I had seen so many messages on my private dms and the comments. Many people are in fact skipping the video and not following directions for the shortcut configuration.

Well that‘s unfortunate that it is mainly working locally right now. Because my idea was to bring my iPad in vacation and then use JIT from the sidestore. Anyhow I think i managed to follow the steps so far but I just have to be patient at this rate. Nonetheless thanks for the video, it worked for me despite my laptop being awfully old hahahahahha
I keep getting the pop up "A server with the specified hostname could not be found." when I try to run the shortcut. I tripple checked the UDID and typed the ip with the "" part.
Something is definitely wrong with the configuration. The server could swap between IPs if the previous ip is being use by another device in your network. Check that again if you still have the issue go to the video description and join sidestore official discord. Post about the issue under SideJITServer forum.

Link to the video was also updated thanks! You will see play! Twice in the list. Select the longer one with the bundle id. The reason it didn’t work is due to the special character “!” In the name play!, this updated shortcut tell you the full name of the app without the special character.
This is all local, at the mo if you refer if it will work over the inter then no. Limitations on how Apple did this. SideStore used to have it on device, currently only work for iOS 16 and below.
If you saw the video after you install everything you need to open a powershell window with admin privileges and start the server with the command I showed in the video. Then you need to enter the server address for the shortcut “which I showed which one you need to enter” with also the UDIU of your device “which I also show how to do” If you are having trouble with this steps which I show in the video you probably skip through and left the important parts out.
Please make sure to follow the tutorial properly, if you still have issues join the official SideStore discord, link is in the video description. After joining follow the directions in order to avoid timeouts or bans. Go to SideJITServer forum and post about your issue with detail about it.
Check if your firewall is blocking anything to do with SideJITServer. Or probably the ip is trying to use is already in use. Rebooting your network and pc can solve this.
Why I have Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
This is running locally on your pc. That has to do with your network and if you installed all files from the video description without any exceptions. Also if you encounter the error again head to SideStore discord and post about the issue under SideJITServer support. Ask for help with screenshots and use @helpers for support and DO NOT SPAM the command or you will be banned from the server. Give them time to arrive since this is a 12K server and the help and support is free and none of us is getting paid for offering support.
Haven’t tested this myself. I only use SideStore and Altstore so not sure, only thing I seem is that when you sideloaded an app you will need to close the server and run it again so the app list can refresh for you.
You need to pair it, click trust, in plug then plug then pair. After that reboot the server. If you need more help join the SideStore official discord and post about your issue in SideJITServer thread. Do not ask for help in general, go post in the right location as mention and wait for a helper to arrived.
@RobertCathrall as explained you pre control c to shutdown the server then just run it again (Rebooting it) turn on and off but do it properly like mentioned just now.
Does my pc need to be on for this to work? I turned off my pc earlier (before I did that I used the shortcut to enable jit on dolphinios) and now when I open a game in dolphinios it says it’s waiting for jit, when I go back to shortcuts and tap on the sidejit shortcut it doesn’t load and says it stops loading from being timed out

The shortcut is for wireless jit not wired. This method uses the shortcut for wireless jit, I said in the video you need it plug in order to do the server pairing for the first time. Please watch the video carefully or join SideStore official discord and post about your issue in SideJITServer threads.
You need to install all the files I provided on the link. You will also need to probably upgrade pymobile devices to version 3.4.0. Could also need the Wetest drivers if they are not install you can install them by using “pymobiledevice3 remote install-wetest-drivers” command. All of this needs to be ran inside of powershell as admin. You also need to click on trust on your device, if you are not clicking on trust your device nothing will work.
@@metehaneryaman9533 it happened to me, i tried multiple experiences to understand how it works, when i download ipa myself with scarlet or e sign it doesn't work it doesn't show anything but when i download for example dolphinOS with altstore it shows up and it works fine.

Post about the issue and wait for support. Depending on your issue it could be complex and lengthy. We don’t have a lot of time to help everyone with different issues. We assist and help during our free time since we all doing this for free without getting pay for providing 1 on 1 support. Be patient and wait for support or I would recommend to read all documentation and follow the steps from scratch.

Only will get the error if 2 things happens. 1) Server is not running or 2) the configuration was incorrect. Double check the shortcut info match the server when is running that’s all.
The reason it didn’t work was because you are not following the tutorial and utilizing the files I provided.if you till have issue like I mentioned in this video if you watched all the way, go to the video description, join SideStore official server and post about your issue. Post in the SideJITServer threads about the issue. DO NOT POST ON GENERAL, you will be timeout or ban. Please follow those rules and allow helpers to jump and check on your issue. This is not a paid position, helpers jump in when they have time. Since this is community base give them some time to check your issue. Remember nobody is getting paid for this for this. All of this is community base and free of charge so allow them to jump in when available. If you are in a rush to solve the issue then I will encourage you to read all documentation and follow all directions from the official documentation yourself.

Many of you are not following it the tutorial I swear to god. If is taking you to the App Store it means you don’t have the shortcut app install, you need the shortcut app in order to use shortcuts.

The app comes install now if not mistaken and if the link is sending you there that means that you don’t have it install or is outdated. Install it then open it, when you click on the link it will ask you to add this shortcut I showed in the video. This shortcut is let say like a mini app inside of the shortcut app
Reboot your pc and your device. Boot server and make sure the ip matches the shortcut ip. If you need assistance read the video description, join SideStore discord server. Post about the issue under SideJITServer support, post screenshots about the issue and clear information. Wait there for support to arrive.
The error has to be with a bad configuration with the shortcut. You need to copy the information when you run SideJITServer.exe it will give you Device UDID (device id) and the server address (IP ending with 8080) if you don’t match the info you will always get a timeout. You will also get a timeout if you did not put anything (Basically if you haven’t configured the shortcut and just ran it)
@@TheNewGamePluss I typed my device ID in iTunes and also wrote the URL starting with http that appeared in the SideJITServer.exe command, but it didn't work.
Reboot the server properly by closing with control c. Then open powershell as admin and type pip3 install setuptools then reboot your system. If you have any antivirus beside windows defender then that’s your issue. Some other guy was using avast and it was blocking everything. If this doesn’t work listen carefully. Go to my video description, join the SideStore official discord server. Post about your issue with screenshots under SideJITServer thread, pin the helpers with @helpers. DO NOT PIN helpers more than once if you do so you will be banned from the server. There are over 12K users and the helpers need time to work which each person with issues. This is a free service and you have to understand it will take time to get to you. None of the helpers are in pay position and this is done to help others out. Be patient and wait for help to arrive.
If it needs JIT then yes, but as far as I’m aware you need a developer account to edit some files in order to run sudachi on top of needing JIT. So you will need extra stuff on top of it. One of their emulator is Limón and you only need JIT to run it at full speed. Sudachi last time I heard you need JIT and a developer account to run it properly.

Reboot the device and the server close it with control c then run it again. Select the name with the bundle id (long name) to run the jit for the app. If this doesn’t work is probable cause of Altstore. We use SideStore for the SideJITServer
Is wireless with the shortcut and you need to be on the same WiFi. It will not work if you are off the WiFi and it will not work with vpn. We tried all of this and didn’t work.
What do I do, if it says the request timed out? Now I got a new problem it keeps saying that the server failed either cuz it's overloaded or that there was an error in the application or smth
After installing this on your pc you need to reboot your pc. Then you run the shortcut. You can pair the device with the command I mentioned on the video, the device needs to be plug to your pc and you need to click on trust on your device. Then you will have to close the window and start the pairing process again.
Use this command to install the missing files: pip3 install setuptools make sure you are running powershell as admin then continue with the install command
Word of advice, follow the video tutorial. Read the description. All files are in the description. If this doesn’t work for you, there are 2 options. Option 1: Join SideStore official discord for support. Post in the SideJITServer thread and wait patiently since we can’t help everyone at once. Depending if the user is tech savvy things can be fix fast if not it could take 1 hour or so. We do not get pay for this and this is done to help out. Guides and tutorials are provided for this reason. Option 2: Links to the GitHub project and follow all documentation to solve your issue. Don’t know what you meant but do join the discord for support. Many of the errors that happen is due to not following all process properly and this can complicate the activation of jit. This can take 1-2 hour depending of the issue and depending if the user is a bit tech savvy or not.
Yes anything iOS 17 and up should work. After is pair, if you are getting device not connected constantly you need to click on trust then pair again. If not go to your device setting make sure developer mode is enabled and try again.

Yes it works I just reply to someone else with the same issue. You just need to upgrade the server with this command pip3 install -upgrade SideJITServer then you need to run the server and copy the new info to the shortcut that’s all. I’m on iOS 17.5 iPhone 15 pro max.
If you are getting that error that means you never finished installing Python like I show in the video. Meaning sir you need to watch the video properly and download all necessary files and make sure you are entering the right commands. And of course you need to reboot your pc after installing python if you haven’t already.
You need your reboot both devices after you sideload a new app. Also for play you need to choose the long name. Since it will only recognize the one with the bundle ID. Play has a special character “!” Making it hard to run jit if you don’t select the long one that shows the bundle id.

I got the same error. Literally followed all steps. Downloaded python exactly like in the video but I get the error. Now currently downloading extra files from the modify tab to see if that does anything.
You need to install all the programs listed on the description and reboot your pc. This was tested on windows 11 also make sure to use your own information inside of the shortcut and not mine info.

Make sure you are running everything as admin using powershell. And after you install the avg software reboot I your pc and iOS (Your iOS device if you sideloaded anything new)

@@abdullahamir7017 server needs to be run as admin and the information that goes in your shortcut has to be your own UDID and the server address which you get once you start the server. Do not use the one you saw in my video. This information is tied to your own server and shortcut.

@@abdullahamir7017 is just letting you know you will find bugs since is in early stages. You should see the address after you do the pairing. Do the pairing then close everything with control c then start the server.

I have a link to my Google drive. I mentioned this for people that would forget the commands. I did a .bat files with the commands and how to run it to make it easier. One is for updating the server, another for starting the server and the last one for pairing your device. The command to start is SideJITServer.exe on powershell as admin.

Should work fine, something’s with SideStore you need to disable and re enable wiredguard then keep pressing refresh. This should work since this is a known issue.

@zimined-3625 you need to close the server properly by doing control + C. And you will need to reboot both devices. Leave the server running for 5mins or so.

I've followed instructions perfectly and everything ran how it should, I have my UDID and SideJIT server address put in perfectly. I've allowed and trust everything, and all firewalls are off. No matter what I do whenever I try to connect to the SideJIT shortcut it tells me "The request timed out." What could I possibly be doing wrong? It doesn't make sense.
The server will switch ip if another of your device took the ip address the server was using. Close it with control c then boot it again. If you have more issue head to the SideStore discord. Post about the issue under SideJITServer thread. Post screenshots then use the @helpers once do not spam or you will get ban from the server.
Yes that’s what this is supposed to be. But only works in your local network. Basically what I mentioned at the beginning of this video. Later this week I have a couple of videos running emulators on my iPhone 15 Pro max with iOS 17.4.1 showing this working properly after you follow the tutorial.
I've been looking for hours for this solution and this got me somewhere. Hopefully it works. If you got any questions on removing Python and reinstalling I can probably answer.
The bat in the description I made it basically with the same commands I’m entering in the video. They are meant to be use to save you time and you if you want you can use it after install in python, and all necessary files. One is for starting the server, it will save you time instead of typing it, and the other is for pairing your device to SideJITServer. You can check the files by right click and open with notes.
The shortcut like I said in the video is for your iOS device…. And you will need the shortcut app, so just incase: apps.apple.com/us/app/shortcuts/id1462947752
the shortcuts app it says {"ERROR":"Could not find device!"} but on the powershell it seems like if there was an attempt to connect to the server, even my uid appears
Pymobile devices needs to be updated, also the team is aware about users having issues on windows 10. Just in case you are on windows 10 this was tested on windows 11. The update should fix that issue.

You need the beta version of Dolphin which is 4.0.0b, I tested that version since I’m making a video about it.

lol no problem, yeah sadly for now this is the way. Maybe in the future it will be easy to enable it like before.

Yup lol SideStore will work just fine with the jit from the app itself. This was made by the team as an alternative for those on iOS 17.

Something is definitely wrong with the configuration. The server could swap between IPs if the previous ip is being use by another device in your network. Check that again if you still have the issue go to the video description and join sidestore official discord. Post about the issue under SideJITServer forum.

Link to the video was also updated thanks! You will see play! Twice in the list. Select the longer one with the bundle id. The reason it didn’t work is due to the special character “!” In the name play!, this updated shortcut tell you the full name of the app without the special character.

This is all local, at the mo if you refer if it will work over the inter then no. Limitations on how Apple did this. SideStore used to have it on device, currently only work for iOS 16 and below.

I just this in the video, please make sure to watch it properly.
If you saw the video after you install everything you need to open a powershell window with admin privileges and start the server with the command I showed in the video. Then you need to enter the server address for the shortcut “which I showed which one you need to enter” with also the UDIU of your device “which I also show how to do”
If you are having trouble with this steps which I show in the video you probably skip through and left the important parts out.
Please make sure to follow the tutorial properly, if you still have issues join the official SideStore discord, link is in the video description. After joining follow the directions in order to avoid timeouts or bans. Go to SideJITServer forum and post about your issue with detail about it.
HELPP!!! When I click to run JIT, the application notification does not appear, only "SideJIT! Notification" appears.
Server needs to be tuning at all times you need to se JIT. Any new app yo installed recently you will need to reboot your pc and iOS device.

Check if your firewall is blocking anything to do with SideJITServer. Or probably the ip is trying to use is already in use. Rebooting your network and pc can solve this.
Why I have Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
This is running locally on your pc. That has to do with your network and if you installed all files from the video description without any exceptions. Also if you encounter the error again head to SideStore discord and post about the issue under SideJITServer support. Ask for help with screenshots and use @helpers for support and DO NOT SPAM the command or you will be banned from the server. Give them time to arrive since this is a 12K server and the help and support is free and none of us is getting paid for offering support.

Haven’t tested this myself. I only use SideStore and Altstore so not sure, only thing I seem is that when you sideloaded an app you will need to close the server and run it again so the app list can refresh for you.

I connected my Ipad to my PC and tried the SideJITServer command but nothing happens.
You need to pair it, click trust, in plug then plug then pair. After that reboot the server. If you need more help join the SideStore official discord and post about your issue in SideJITServer thread. Do not ask for help in general, go post in the right location as mention and wait for a helper to arrived.

Yes I stated this at the beginning of the video. This is a local server you need to have it running if you need to use jit.

The shortcut is for wireless jit not wired. This method uses the shortcut for wireless jit, I said in the video you need it plug in order to do the server pairing for the first time. You need to install all the files I provided on the link. You will also need to probably upgrade pymobile devices to version 3.4.0. Could also need the Wetest drivers if they are not install you can install them by using “pymobiledevice3 remote install-wetest-drivers” command. All of this needs to be ran inside of powershell as admin. You also need to click on trust on your device, if you are not clicking on trust your device nothing will work.
This is absolutely working and I will upload a video running Dolphinios running on my iPhone 15 pro max with iOS version 17.4.1 this week.

The reason it didn’t work was because you are not following the tutorial and utilizing the files I provided.if you till have issue like I mentioned in this video if you watched all the way, go to the video description, join SideStore official server and post about your issue. Post in the SideJITServer threads about the issue. DO NOT POST ON GENERAL, you will be timeout or ban. Please follow those rules and allow helpers to jump and check on your issue.
This is not a paid position, helpers jump in when they have time. Since this is community base give them some time to check your issue. Remember nobody is getting paid for this for this. All of this is community base and free of charge so allow them to jump in when available.
If you are in a rush to solve the issue then I will encourage you to read all documentation and follow all directions from the official documentation yourself.

As long as the app is running with jit it will be still using it. Unless the app is close or your phone will automatically close it.

Many of you are not following it the tutorial I swear to god. If is taking you to the App Store it means you don’t have the shortcut app install, you need the shortcut app in order to use shortcuts.

The app comes install now if not mistaken and if the link is sending you there that means that you don’t have it install or is outdated. Install it then open it, when you click on the link it will ask you to add this shortcut I showed in the video. This shortcut is let say like a mini app inside of the shortcut app

Hello Sir, I am getting the request timeout error and I could not solve it despite a lot of research. Can you please tell me if there is a solution?
The error has to be with a bad configuration with the shortcut. You need to copy the information when you run SideJITServer.exe it will give you Device UDID (device id) and the server address (IP ending with 8080) if you don’t match the info you will always get a timeout. You will also get a timeout if you did not put anything (Basically if you haven’t configured the shortcut and just ran it)
@@TheNewGamePluss I typed my device ID in iTunes and also wrote the URL starting with http that appeared in the SideJITServer.exe command, but it didn't work.
Reboot the server properly by closing with control c. Then open powershell as admin and type pip3 install setuptools then reboot your system. If you have any antivirus beside windows defender then that’s your issue. Some other guy was using avast and it was blocking everything. If this doesn’t work listen carefully. Go to my video description, join the SideStore official discord server. Post about your issue with screenshots under SideJITServer thread, pin the helpers with @helpers. DO NOT PIN helpers more than once if you do so you will be banned from the server. There are over 12K users and the helpers need time to work which each person with issues. This is a free service and you have to understand it will take time to get to you.
None of the helpers are in pay position and this is done to help others out. Be patient and wait for help to arrive.

Does this work for Sudachi the Nintendo Switch emulates?
If it needs JIT then yes, but as far as I’m aware you need a developer account to edit some files in order to run sudachi on top of needing JIT. So you will need extra stuff on top of it. One of their emulator is Limón and you only need JIT to run it at full speed. Sudachi last time I heard you need JIT and a developer account to run it properly.

Is wireless with the shortcut and you need to be on the same WiFi. It will not work if you are off the WiFi and it will not work with vpn. We tried all of this and didn’t work.

After installing this on your pc you need to reboot your pc. Then you run the shortcut. You can pair the device with the command I mentioned on the video, the device needs to be plug to your pc and you need to click on trust on your device. Then you will have to close the window and start the pairing process again.

Word of advice, follow the video tutorial. Read the description. All files are in the description. If this doesn’t work for you, there are 2 options.
Option 1: Join SideStore official discord for support. Post in the SideJITServer thread and wait patiently since we can’t help everyone at once. Depending if the user is tech savvy things can be fix fast if not it could take 1 hour or so. We do not get pay for this and this is done to help out. Guides and tutorials are provided for this reason.
Option 2: Links to the GitHub project and follow all documentation to solve your issue. Or actually take time, watch the video fully and read the description to follow all steps.

Don’t know what you meant but do join the discord for support. Many of the errors that happen is due to not following all process properly and this can complicate the activation of jit. This can take 1-2 hour depending of the issue and depending if the user is a bit tech savvy or not.

Yes anything iOS 17 and up should work. After is pair, if you are getting device not connected constantly you need to click on trust then pair again. If not go to your device setting make sure developer mode is enabled and try again.

Yes it works I just reply to someone else with the same issue. You just need to upgrade the server with this command pip3 install -upgrade SideJITServer then you need to run the server and copy the new info to the shortcut that’s all. I’m on iOS 17.5 iPhone 15 pro max.

If you are getting that error that means you never finished installing Python like I show in the video. Meaning sir you need to watch the video properly and download all necessary files and make sure you are entering the right commands. And of course you need to reboot your pc after installing python if you haven’t already.
hi i used the new shortcut but it still says play cant be found
You need your reboot both devices after you sideload a new app. Also for play you need to choose the long name. Since it will only recognize the one with the bundle ID. Play has a special character “!” Making it hard to run jit if you don’t select the long one that shows the bundle id.

I got the same error. Literally followed all steps. Downloaded python exactly like in the video but I get the error. Now currently downloading extra files from the modify tab to see if that does anything.
Probably you will need the Microsoft visual studio files for the program to run.

@@abdullahamir7017 server needs to be run as admin and the information that goes in your shortcut has to be your own UDID and the server address which you get once you start the server. Do not use the one you saw in my video. This information is tied to your own server and shortcut.

@@abdullahamir7017 is just letting you know you will find bugs since is in early stages. You should see the address after you do the pairing. Do the pairing then close everything with control c then start the server.

I have a link to my Google drive. I mentioned this for people that would forget the commands. I did a .bat files with the commands and how to run it to make it easier. One is for updating the server, another for starting the server and the last one for pairing your device. The command to start is SideJITServer.exe on powershell as admin.
Hey man, i followed the instructions like in the video and i am able to use JIT but after doing it im unable to refresh any apps using sidstore. Is that an known issue or any fix out there?
Should work fine, something’s with SideStore you need to disable and re enable wiredguard then keep pressing refresh. This should work since this is a known issue.

I left you a message saying to read my video description and join the sidestore official discord for support. After joining go to the SideJITserver support thread and post about your issue there. I do not have unlimited time to help a lot of people specially if someone is not following my directions. Go to the discord and post about the issue there.

"Request timed out" what should I do?
Reboot both devices and then try to just run the server. The server should be able to see all available device in the same network.

I have this after I did what you said.
@zimined-3625 you need to close the server properly by doing control + C. And you will need to reboot both devices. Leave the server running for 5mins or so.

I've followed instructions perfectly and everything ran how it should, I have my UDID and SideJIT server address put in perfectly. I've allowed and trust everything, and all firewalls are off. No matter what I do whenever I try to connect to the SideJIT shortcut it tells me "The request timed out." What could I possibly be doing wrong? It doesn't make sense.
The server will switch ip if another of your device took the ip address the server was using. Close it with control c then boot it again. If you have more issue head to the SideStore discord.
Post about the issue under SideJITServer thread. Post screenshots then use the @helpers once do not spam or you will get ban from the server.
Can I enable jit wireless with shortcut
Yes that’s what this is supposed to be. But only works in your local network. Basically what I mentioned at the beginning of this video. Later this week I have a couple of videos running emulators on my iPhone 15 Pro max with iOS 17.4.1 showing this working properly after you follow the tutorial.

Yes but if the app close you will need to reboot the server. Also yes is wireless that’s how I’m using it in the video with shortcut.

I've been looking for hours for this solution and this got me somewhere. Hopefully it works. If you got any questions on removing Python and reinstalling I can probably answer.

what is the .bat in the description ???
The bat in the description I made it basically with the same commands I’m entering in the video. They are meant to be use to save you time and you if you want you can use it after install in python, and all necessary files. One is for starting the server, it will save you time instead of typing it, and the other is for pairing your device to SideJITServer.
You can check the files by right click and open with notes.

Haven’t tested this since I use SideStore due to the more advanced benefits. But this should be able to see all apps with JIT support.

the shortcuts app it says {"ERROR":"Could not find device!"} but on the powershell it seems like if there was an attempt to connect to the server, even my uid appears
I also did the reboot for both of my devices and then i keep the server open for 5 minutes until i get connected

Pymobile devices needs to be updated, also the team is aware about users having issues on windows 10. Just in case you are on windows 10 this was tested on windows 11. The update should fix that issue.
