It's really good to feel you're not training alone. I'm guessing most of us are nowhere near this level, but we all experience the same things, just on a different scale. I'm trying for Pbs in Bench Press, Deadlift and Squats. (As a side interest to my main sport, rowing). Today I too felt tired, BP and DL, stayed the same, (67.5kgs and 135kgs) but surprised myself with a squat PB of 135kgs. (I am 56, 168cm and 70kgs ). So, thanks Thor, keep it going.

One the next session he loses his balance coming up from a squat; I thought he’d dump it behind him. Nope. Not only did he fight to regain control, he finished the set! That’s some impressive dedication.

You can always adjust your volume down alittle while keeping intensity high. Especially if the recovery becomes an issue for consecutive weeks. The weights you’re working with are super demanding on recovery. Could also throw in a deload even if you don’t have one programmed at this time since they’re really intended to be used when recovery is no longer happening. But of course I’m sure whoever is doing your programming is much smarter than I and probably already knows this. Just some thought

My thoughts on reducing fatigue: cut volume but keep intensity the same, that's how I did my rest weeks in my last program. I would cut out all the extra unnecessary volume and just do the bare minimum to warm up to my high intensity lifts. Jamal Browner said that he likes to do 100 kg jumps, for example jump from 220 to 320 kg, "because wasting a bunch of energy. As long as your technique is good, you're moving properly, your hips are good and everything's good, all those weights in-between are just irrelevant."
So to conclude: if you want to reduce fatigue, reduce volume and keep intensity high, when your fatigue is back to normal go back to your original way of doing things (or keep some of the changes if you thought they're good even when you're not fatigued).

when you get tired sleep. Rest and recovery is more important than the training after the training. Dr. Fred Hatfield wrote a book in the 70's when he trained Tom Platz. If you train to hard you deny the body a chance to recover. Also, muscle growth is faster than the tendons that pull the bones. You are training in weight range that requires more rest. When I was still lifting I would have to give myself almost 5 minutes between sets to keep the weight going.
