Great tutorial. I think the hardest part with this type of design is picking out the relevant details from the reference image to illustrate your design without going into too much detail. You do touch on it in this video, but it's something I always struggle with.
Yes, I also mentioned in the video that this is a struggle for everyone and a struggle for me at the beginning as well. For logo designs (simplicity is key) you literally have to change your mindset with the way you look at things. That takes time.

Mike S hey Mike, I have a Surface Pro tablet that i use for sketching only. It has the standard stylus I just use that. For everything else I use my laptop and mouse

What stylus are you using? I've been researching which one to get but the one your using seems to work great.
This is a great question. I'd rather answer you in video form so you can really understand me. But the truth is the stylus does not matter. Its the end user. I know it may be surprising or not the answer you are looking for but its the truth. Everyday I get asked about my supplies but at the end of the day it does not matter. I'm using the basic stylus on the surface pro 4 tablet btw. Hopefully you can understand this 👍

What computer do you have?
Did you used a graphic tablet ?
yes I did, I use a Vaio Z Canvas which is a slightly cheaper / more powerful version of a Surface Pro 4 Tablet.
With that being said, if you do not have a graphic tablet please don't feel discouraged to avoid following along or feeling like you need one! If you check out my earlier videos you'll notice I started creating badass designs without one :) ruclips.net/video/jbpgl_FEhNg/видео.html
What are the brush settings you use?
it doesn't have any special brush settings. there are only opacity and size. The opacity I keep at 100 percent. And the size changes every 30 seconds lol.

as mentioned in the video, you definitely do not need this specific program or any program to do the sketching process with. Please feel free to follow along with this video using a basic pencil/pen and paper! If you watch my very first few youtube videos on my channel, I use the exact same logo process BUT I did my sketching with Pencil and Paper!
