    I think you should do more such videos of Ulwe because of its greater connectivity and lots of upcoming projects including NMIA and the construction of Tirupati Balaji Temple

    From the narrow roads we see once you the exit the highway...it seems this is going to be tough commute during peak hours...plus you have JNPT container traffic in the same route..This project is really good however major parts of Dronagiri are still under CRZ...be very careful before investing there...only go for buildings with full OC...

      There is a seperate coastal road to dronagiri. It is easy to commute to dronagiri through that road after getting down from MTHL

      @@pumred which coastal road? there are only 2 road to dronagiri, one is the JNPT road full of container traffic and other is SH54, Uran-Panvel road partly shown in this video..thats narrow and not safe at night.

      @@herambpatkar once u get down from MTHL in chirle JNPT highway. Donot take flyover going towards karal phata instead take a immediate left exit towards khopta below JNPT flyover. U will enter dronagiri coastal road, which ends in dronagiri node.

      Navi Mumbai is clean, these areas are mainly new and not yet developed entirely.. So rubish from new under construction buildings is there.

      @herambpatkar 7 месяцев назад +2

      Areas under NMMC are currently clean with public amenities like gardens, footpaths, toilets, parking... Dronagiri etc are not under NMMC or any municipal corporation yet....they are still getting developed
