Megumin kinda broke that promise since she did use tricks when Yunyun showed up again. But Yunyun kinda shoehorned herself in and did the whole rival shtick when it wasn’t the time for it.

Season 3 was confirmed they probably gonna release it whenever season 3 of Konosuba release, Re:Zero season 3, Overlord V (or 6), Saga of Tanya the evil season 2 (or when the film gets dubbed over), and a new season of Sword Hero

This is a Wonderful EXPLOSION Spin-off of *KonoSuba!* I Absolutely Love Megumin and YunYun going to their separate ways! Can't wait to see Season 4 of KonoSuba* soon! I also REALLY hope they'll be able to make the 3rd Season of *Isekai Quartet!*
Season 3 of Konosuba is in 2024, but Season 4 of Konosuba isn’t planned, yet.

This series is so hilariously casual!
Definitely a good anime if you want more Konosuba, who knows maybe the other spin-offs can get an anime adaptation in the future like Explosion World while we wait for season 3
But this was really sweet, sure some had to adjust without the goat Kazuma’s commentary for a bit, but it’s bittersweet and it’s always a “blessing” to hear the va’s come back to this franchise 😁
Season 3 is already announced for 2024, so there won’t be a spin-off announcement before it (also, Continued! KonoBakuen needs more of the main story first, if they want to adapt it.)

after watching this whole entire prequel (in a way), Yunyun is my favorite Konosuba character, also Kayli did a really good job voicing her, and Erica always does really well with Megumin

After Yun Yun leaves, there’s a two week timeskip and Megumin joins Kazuma’s Party in Episode 2. Season 2 is when Yun Yun returns and Megumin is almost 14 because of her birthday (she’s 13 at the end of KonoBakuen and in Season 1.)

When i first started watching this anime. i FIRST sure thought they were sisters . Cuz you know ....same hair color ..same eyes ....different BREAST SIZE !!! LOL.

They should make a sequel about those two new characters. And I don't mind if there is a spin-off series about Aqua becoming a Goddess!
Continued! KonoBakuen already exists, but we need more Konosuba first, because of spoilers. There isn’t one for Aqua, because of Konosuba and if the author ever returns, the next spin-off will be focused on a character from S3 and will be around the endgame.
