    (shape 24-26 cm)
    Wheat flour - 250 g
    Butter (room temperature) - 100 g
    Sugar - 125 g
    Chicken egg - 3 pcs
    Sour cream - 200 g
    Soda - 1 tsp.
    Baking powder - 1 tsp.
    Vanilla sugar or vanilla extract - 1 tsp
    Filling:
    Walnuts - 170 g
    Sugar - 100 g
    Butter - 50 g
    Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
    1. Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
    2. Combine sour cream with soda and leave for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the sour cream will “grow” a little.
    3. Beat softened butter with sugar until white (add vanilla sugar if desired). Add 1 egg to the butter mixture, continuing to beat each time. Add sour cream to the resulting egg-butter mixture and mix gently. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir until the dough is homogeneous. It turns out to have a pleasant silky texture.
    4. Add sugar to the chopped nuts and stir. Grate the chilled butter on a coarse grater. Add cinnamon and rub everything with your hands until there are coarse wet crumbs.
    5. Line a baking pan (24-26 cm in diameter) with parchment (if desired, you can grease it with a little oil). Place half of the dough in the pan and smooth it out. Spread half of the nut filling on top. Cover everything with the remaining dough. Sprinkle with remaining half of the nuts.
    6 Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 45-55 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
