Went there in 1983 with my cousins. Such a great week we had and seeing all these holiday camps on RUclips - the ones on The Isle of Wight, usually Puckpool and St Clare - is so sad, I’m almost moved to tears seeing them like this. It’s haunting, imagining the fun times and entertainment. A memory of my childhood and teenage years that I will never forget. Thanks so much for posting.
Its such a shame to see so many of these places once fill with so much joy now left abandoned shells of them former selves, but I guess its a sign of the times 😔 Some of the land will be retained for holiday let's and the swimming pool reinstated so I guess all is not lost.. Thanks you very much for watching and sharing your memories with us 🙂

Exploring with Em & Stu in particular the cover of Wonderwall was awesome.
We try and put something people would know so it makes it more interesting... People have different tastes but we do our best hope your staying safe and keeping well 😊👍
Amazing video. My boyfriend just said how he had many weekends here with the lads, such a shame.
Also loving the Dance Monkey cover x
Yer great tune I think specially with that cover 😊
Great video went there with the kids boxing day no security as it's going and not worth saving anyway did you enjoy going through the tiny hole in the fence lol
No the fence was down been here before great place but soon will be gone 😊😔
@@ExploringWithEmAndStu was a small hole when we went was good though
When did you guys explore here? When we did in February this year the whole pub, clubhouse, pool table and kitchen area had been burnt down and was completely covered in black with white ash everywhere. Wish I could post the pics here to show you.
We have been twice it was totally distroyed the last time we have a fb and instergram account if you want to contact us 😊
@@ExploringWithEmAndStu Would love to, I live in Norfolk and have been to a number of these places, I also have an insta account. I have a gem that I haven't seen on your channel too that's on my insta. forgottenmemorieslosttotime. Will look you guys up now.
We used to go every year here when it was COuntry Western weeks, my sister, myself, mum and dad. Loved our times spent there. Used to meet up with friends every year, such a shame it has shut. DOes anyone know what they are going to do with the place?
As far as we know it's going to go to housing... We've been twice and the last time it was worse yes its such a shame thank you for your comments 😊

@@ExploringWithEmAndStu aww, thanks guys
I've been alot of places around the world and you may laugh but I f**king LOVE Hemsby and Yarmouth. Went there as a kid and still love it now just as much. Makes you a kid again especially going round the cheap tat shops buying loads of stuff you never need but gotta have it🤣😂 Just found your channel and subbed. Keep up the good work ✌️ What's wrong with the music?? It's a really good version of song. Really good. Not heard this version. Can anyone let me know who recorded this version of it please if possible? ✌️
Welcome yo our channel and thank you for your sub 🙏 we hope you enjoy future uploads and we both with you well 😀 I love it there but Em lives there so love not so much I can remember the version of the song il look in to it 😊

always wanted to go there , there is security in there or was , and a guy still owns it , but they left it to nature
the single holiday lets are still in use ., and be fenced off from the main site
There knocking it down now... New houses and 40 statics are going there such a shame... We was lucky to document it before it goes 😊😒
Honestly a shame it’s being knocked down now as me and my mates as well as so many others have such great memories in there
Sad but it needs to go it's to dangerous there now 😢
Good times
It was, I used to go there on holiday 😊
What’s an ‘emotion sensor’? I could do with one of them for my partner
Lol just my sence of humour... But yer if you went on argos they do them lol 😂😊
Sold! I’ll buy 20
Lol I no the feeling 😊
Nice music don't really matter about the vandalism it's getting flattened anyway
Yer we know there's a update video on this last week we put out 😊
Although I've never been there It's still sad to see it in that state, beats me why they feel the need to vandalise these places
You and us also we go to so many places that are like this and it is sad... thanks for watching and happy Christmas 🎄
You've filmed a ghost! Just after pub and going along path!!!
We will check it out 🤔
Give me the time of the vid
My mum stayed here and every year we stay at belle air and she tells us all about it
We know that park as well as Pontins... Such a shame this had to happen but at least we got it documented before it all goes.... That's why we do this... To keep these places alive in some way.... A little something for history 😊

I want to go here with my boyfriend. Not sure if security is too tough now to go?
The whole park was bought by developers a few years ago and has since been turned into houses..
Cool! Huge like :)
Thank you very much 😊
This should be renovated and used to
House local
Community!!
They've been developing the site now for around a year, converting some of the old chalets into houses, building new ones and renovation the swimming pool, hopefully it will be an asset to the local area, here's a little look we took not so long ago..

Somebody needs to buy it and revamp it bring it back to its old glory’s but better
It's now being turned in to a housing development now 😊
Exploring with Em & Stu at least it will bring back some life too the old place
Be nice to see once it's done
Exploring with Em & Stu indeed it will hopefully they do a good job ✋🏻😎
Doesn’t look any different from the last time I stayed there 😂 good old sun holidays
Lol alot have said that but it looked nice in the old footage 😊
Don't know why don't do up for evacuees to live in Mr n carlsson skemersdale
Watch the viral video of Lee Mack telling his 'Kent' story on the Graham Norton Show, about his first attempt at stand-up comedy - took place in the clubhouse here when he was a bluecoat at Hemsby
Wow we never thought someone like him would do a stand up there such ashame it's in a right state now 😔
It look like with a year and a bit of work done to they they will be like new
Yer it's a shame it's gone like this... The video we made for this just shows then and now... Its sole breaking 😊😕😢👍
I've never been there, but it's so sad to see the place so delapidated. Shame. 🇬🇧💕
It really is a shame to see it in such a mess knowing so many people used to enjoy the place so much 😔
I go there every year
It's a brilliant place to visit... Used to go there when I was a kid 😊
Just looked on google earth for this place,Now looks like its all been torn down to the grounds,Nothing left of it now
Hi Dale, I live quite locally to Hemsby, its not actually been all demolished.. The main entertainment buildings have been but most of the chalets as well as the swimming pool is infact still standing.. it was bought by a developer who is converting the chalets into houses.. they plan on refurbishing the pool and adding new facilities.. We do have a slightly more recent video showing some of this and hope to return when it is all finished 😊

@@ExploringWithEmAndStu ok thanks,I have a look in a bit cheers
Used to be a decent place to go to rattle a few windows thru....
What do u mean?
The one in Southport isn't much better than this...... and its still open!
Yer can imagine this there flag ship site really don't know why the closed it down 😁
In stead of holiday firms building new places use existing ones
Yes we agree 👍
This is the 1 near the co op-
Yer it's all gone now 😑
So very sad to see this place looking so neglected and abused like this. :-(
We know we have been twice and was worse then the time before 😔
Anyone go to the deadbeat weekender here?
Seems incredibly sad watching this, it almost represents how the world has become and how the innocence has been taken over by evil and destruction.
I used to holiday here and was really sad to go back and see it like this... But now it's being developed 🙄
So sad to see
Yer this place was sad to see... Its being taken down now 😕
@@ExploringWithEmAndStu havent been that way for 2 years. Thanks for the video of it 😀
Pontins camp should been given to Norfolk county council too house illegal immigrant or homeless in thee area, instead it will be brought up by some property developer to turn into second home for stinking rich from London and south east.
Yer it should of really 🤔
Music spoils it
Oh sorry
