The final scene served as a brilliant homage to Lord Shiva's divine plan. It is noteworthy to recall the father's inquiry to the priest in the first part, regarding whether lord Shiva would grant his mother's wish or bahubali's own desire to climb the mountain. The significance of this inquiry is evident in the scene where Bhalladeva's head falls precisely where his fate was determined. The film concludes with a powerful quote, emphasizing that when humanity is in disarray, divine intervention is necessary to restore peace. The portrayal of the potency of faith and karma in such a captivating manner was truly impressive.

One of yall actually hit it on the head regarding why he was "trolling" the kingdom pretending he was a fool. He is the crown prince of a much larger kingdom and wanted to make sure the princess would fall in love with who he is, not his position. Basically the ancient version of a millionaire pretending he is broke on the first date.

If I remember, the main King have 2 children. There are two brothers, the older one is handicapped, the younger one is made the king because he had a kind heart. The King (the younger brother) passed, his wife gave birth to Amrendra Bahubali but died after giving birth, the older brother who is handicapped has a wife called Shivgami, she protects the thorne from any outsider or non royal blood trying to grab the seat after the death of the king, godmother shivgami has a son called Bhalaldev(power hungry), but she says both the babies are now my sons, and both have the right to become the king. The Royal blood has God like powers in this Bahubali universe. All the songs are fictional and imagination of the characters in the film.

In the second generation, Amrendra Bahubali married a princes called Devsena, the son of Amrendra Bahubali is called Mahendra bahubali who looks exactly like him, there have been many movies in india with that weird concept that both the father and the son are played by the same actor😅. The Son of Bhalaldev (Amrendra's cousin) is called Bhadrudu who's head goes on a toss. Kattappa who works for the king or the godmother is called uncle by Amrendra Bahubali and becomes like a godfather to Mahendra Bahubali.

There is a lot of illogical action too but that has always been a thing in south indian films.

There were multiple goosebumps moments for me while watching the film I think it can only happen when watched in theaters especially the shiv ling scene and the interval scene. The theater effect is very necessary for this movie with the audience hooting and whistling.

Please check out 3 Idiots, its one of the best bollywood movies ever created and also one of the best comedy movies period. The story is about three students and their college journey, It's pretty grounded in reality and should provide some much needed change of pace for you both after such huge scale larger than life movies like RRR and Bahubali.
Guys eega is another master piece of SSR. Did you ever see a movie where a fly take a revenge on a human. Well ss rajamouli made a film. And it is eega, stunning scenes and screenplay. It would be great if that film is in your list to watch next.
