കേരളത്തിനുള്ളിലേ ഒടുക്കത്തെ യൂണിയനുകളും ഇടത്തോട്ട് ചിന്തിക്കുന്ന അലവലാതികളായ യാതൊരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഇല്ലാത്ത, സമയത്തിന് ജോലിക്ക് വരാൻ മടിക്കുന്ന, മടിയൻ മാരായ തൊഴിലാളികൾ.... വളരെ അമിതമായ കൂലി.... തൊഴിലാളികൾ വളരെ സാവധാനം സമയംപാഴാക്കിയുള്ള ജോലി..ഇതൊക്കെ കേരളത്തിൽ കാണുന്ന പ്രത്യേകതകൾ 😄😄 എപ്പോഴും എവിടൊക്കെ എങ്ങനെ പാര പണിയാം എന്നതാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ പ്രധാന ശ്രദ്ധ 😄😄😄 തൈ പാകാനും, അതിന് രോഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാനും, സമയ ബന്ധിതമായി വെള്ളവും വളവും കൊടുക്കാനും, വിളവെടുക്കാനും, അത് സംസ്കരിച്ചു പാക്ക് ചെയ്ത് വില്പന നടത്താനും റോബോട്ട് വന്നാൽ മാത്രമേ കേരളത്തിൽ കൃഷി കൊണ്ട് പ്രയോജനം ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളൂ .
