      EDTA was found in multiple blood samples from the scene, the house, AND the bronco; EDTA is used in forensics to keep blood samples from clotting..that chemical can only appear if someone puts it there... we've never been told the complete story..

    • @mitchcumstein142
      @mitchcumstein142 10 лет назад

      CDubs HasIt The EDTA claim is very problematic. In order for the EDTA to have come from the purple-topped tubes, both the ion count and the parts per million would be different than what the defense's DNA witness claimed. During the civil trial two forensic chemists explained that the EDTA was not consistent with what would have been needed for the blood to have been planted, and they were right. Also, the EDTA was not found/tested in the Bronco blood, only the back gate and sock blood as far as I know.

      mitch cumstein
      Aren't you mixing DNA what with the criminal trial and the civil trial? I never understood which judge/court could proceed with a civil trial after Simpson had been acquitted in criminal court which has a higher level of proof. There should not have been a civil trial.
      And yes the EDTA is very problematic, chuckle, chuckle, chuckle. You're such a genius and OJ expert, wish you had been on the prosecution team, the laughs alone would be worth a million bucks.

    • @mitchcumstein142
      @mitchcumstein142 9 лет назад +1

      "Aren't you mixing DNA what with the criminal trial and the civil trial?" *I don't understand your question. Forensic scientists from both trials (who had access to the original blood samples) claimed that the EDTA signatures did not match the vials as the defense's witness suggested. It doesn't really matter anyway seeing as how blood drops that had no EDTA were found next to the dead bodies before forensics showed up. The blood matched OJ's. This alone should be enough for a conviction.*

    At 8:25 he stutters and almost says Glove instead of glass when he's talking about supposedly throwing a glass down and trying to clean it up and that's how he cut his finger. People speculated that the cut on his finger came about from the murders, and there wad one glove left at the crime scene thought to be worn by the murderer. It's suspicious to me, like he almost let the truth out for just a second that he got the cut on his finger after he dropped the Glove, not a glass

    0:10 Come again OJ? He just got done (7:27 of pt 2) saying he wasn't in bed/asleep prior to the driver Alan Park picking him up that night. In pt 2 of this interview when asked why he lied to the limo driver, who said OJ told him he missed his call because he was asleep. OJ says...
    "I never ever, ever said that I was asleep, ever. When I walked outside Kato Kaelin said to me 'Did you oversleep?' I saw in one report that Kato said to Alan Park when he first saw him uh, 'he must have overslept' so I'm assuming with all of this happening Alan Park just assumed I overslept." OJ then goes on to explain that "The main reason I went to McDonald's instead of just having a bowl of cereal is because I was trying to stay awake. It was Kato who had said to me when we returned to my house 'maybe you could take a nap' & I said 'hey, I don't have time to take a nap' & I didn't want to take a nap. I was getting on a Red Eye & if you've ever taken a Red Eye, the last thing I wanted to do was sleep before getting on the Red Eye because I had hoped to be able to sleep on the Red Eye.
    Never mind the fact that it doesn't seem plausible that Kato would (knowing OJ was trying to stay awake) ask him if he had overslept. But why, when asked about the time between 9:36 & 10:53 that is unaccounted for, would OJ respond that he usually goes to bed around 8:30 by the clock every day? Taken in context, this makes no sense to me.

    at 8:25 he slips up and confesses…
    OJ cut his finger with the knife when he removed his tight fitting GLOVE, dropping the GLOVE after slicing his middle finger.
    He was then forced to quickly leave the scene, leaving the evidence behind, since it would be a time consuming risk to try to locate the knit cap and the GLOVE by groping in the dark on the ground because the dog would not cease wailing. The anecdote he cut his middle finger on a GLASS in Chicago is not only in itself inconsistent with statements made under interrogation, but it is the essential and pivotal lie of the whole storyline. For the precise reason of being conscious and aware that even the prosecution inaccurately bound the events and findings together of how the episode played out, does he not only lean forward to bring the issue up for a rehearsed clarification, but in the process of upholding the weight of the lie, he subconsciously lets out the truth which slips into the forefront of his mind, as he unwittingly confesses at 8:25.

      Max V World Nah I think he's a natural. If you're a good liar, you know one when you see one. Lying is an art, if you will. Acquired throughout the years...it's not acting. He sucks at acting, as he lacks basic focal emphasis. He emphasizes the irrelevant parts.He has a blank expression most of the times and then he throws some facial expressions when stating irrelevant stuff, like in the previous video when he said that the neighbors sent food to the house and he frowned, trying to bring attention to that detail. As if it mattered what that the neighbors were nice towards him...when we all know that typically abusers are not known to be abusers outside of the family. However...even though he sucks at acting, he has mastered lying and deviating, and most of all...dissociating. He is totally dissociated from the time and place where the interview is happening. If you dissociate you can do pretty much anything and recite anything. His face is relaxed...you can tell tha tin his mind he is in his "happy place". This is something learnt in a person's first years of life. I talk from personal experience.

    In order to Furhman to plant the glove at OJs house at 5:00am that would mean Furhman would have to know OJ was cut on his left side. That's not possible because Furhman never saw OJ until later in the afternoon. So no way Fuhrman can Not plant that glove at OJs without knowing if OJ is injured or not

    You know, for majority of this interview, I really do want to believe him because he is so well spoken and convincing. He chuckles and smiles often after he speaks to make the person feel like he's an okay guy, shows no obvious signs of being a mad man like watching an interview like with a truly deranged person and I've seen a few online, but his demeanor is what makes the vibe you get from him very chilling. The man asked O.J 'why did you run?'. O.J said so many excuses...he wanted to go to the cemetery, he was on medication with side effects, it's not true bc I would've saved more money blah blah blah. An innocent man doesn't lead a police following like that, I'm sorry.

      CDubs HasIt Huh? You have no clue what it is you are talking about. Know the case, understand what it is you are commenting on. You said…" EDTA is used in forensics to keep blood samples from clotting..that chemical can only appear if someone puts it there." You couldn't be any more incorrect. EDTA is also found in detergents, soaps, food, paint,etc. Now, the levels of EDTA in test tubes is extremely high. The levels found in our bodies, test extremely lower compared to the tubes (sometimes not even showing up). The EDTA found in the blood at the scene tested extremely low, because it was already in the blood stream. Having said that, if you were to conclude, as you do, that since EDTA was found in SOME blood samples, that makes OJ innocent….then surely, by definition, the FACT that there was no EDTA in the 5 blood drops leading away from the bodies would make OJ guilty. Pick a stance, you can't have it both ways. You pick first, then I will destroy whatever point you make. See, these things are not my opinion, they are fact. They cannot be disputed. By the way, the jury did not hear every shred of evidence. Do you just pull sh*t out of the sky and start typing? Wow.

EDTA was found in multiple blood samples from the scene, the house, AND the bronco; EDTA is used in forensics to keep blood samples from clotting..that chemical can only appear if someone puts it there... we've never been told the complete story..

      Really; the jury, based on the 'facts' presented had no choice but to let him go; and if people would look into it theyd see why they let him go and it wasnt because of "an all black jury"... there was indeed planted evidence by a severely racist detective.. as I said EDTA doesnt just show up out of nowhere... but why would he care if people hated him? He doesnt benefit monetarily from those folks who might hate him... he could admit it right on the spot if he were guilty but I really think this was a railroaded wealthy black man by a police department with a horrible horrible track record of mistreating black folks: the LAPD... watch the "BBC Oj Simpson: The Untold Story" on here on youtube, and it may open your eyes to some things you've never been told...

Compare his personality to Donald Trump. Robert Kardashian relationship was as a O.J. follower. That's why the friends (followers) are so easy to turn their backs when O.J.'s life when down.
