This is the case of Kemp vs. Atkins. Meg says her boyfriend Charles owes her money for a dinner she invited him to with her friends. As a traditional woman, she assumed that Charles was going to foot the entire bill, as a good man should. When he didn’t she says it left her hurt, crying and embarrassed. Charles says he paid for his food and Meg’s so she has no reason to be upset.
Question: Meg wants this court to decide if she should break up with Charles or if she should Bury the Hatchet?
