Ford will KNOW if your Ranger Raptor has been Remapped! Unichip Plug n Play Doesn't Void Warranty

Yes, you read that right! If the Ford technician knows how to use their diagnostic scan tool Forscan, they will be able to determine if the vehicle has been remapped. Well if they don't know it, they sure do now! And you don't want to take that chance with a P2M+ vehicle, plus Ford isn't the most reliable of trucks out there, with lots of little ass issues that need servicing under warranty. Hence why we chose to use Unichip, which leaves zero traces when unplugged and makes more power than ecu remap as it interfaces with the sensors directly

I have nothing against modifications. But I also think ford has a valid reason for discouraging further engine performance upgrade on those type of engines. Because further upgrading it may put more stress and premature wear on the wet type timing belt which in itself (some say) is already a design flaw. unlike the 3.2 and 2.2 panther engines where they used timing chains and could handle a lot of power and stress. Nevertheless, it seems the owner has a deep pocket, perhaps he may wanna modify the belts also and covert it to timing chains for a more durable and powerful ford ranger raptor.

Thx for the great vids! - I own the exact same raptor and same colour as well (haha!) I live in New Zealand and my raptor has Adblue system as well to meet EU6 emissions- can a performance exhaust still be fitted if the raptor has a DPF and Adblue? - Thanks
