Your Jones is like my first one that I wore out. I had to get one with buttons when the arthritis started affecting my hands. My cat wasn't watching this video. When you started Sewing she looked around to see who was sewing in my sewing room. She was hoping one of my granddaughters was here. I have sewing room envy. My sewing room needs work. Sewing masks last week didn't improve it. I love the calm colors and good organization in your room. Fun video!
Ellie the threading on your beautiful Jones machine is almost identical to the way you thread H.Q. Sweet Sixteen amazing ! , another super video, thank you. xx
Oh how lovely are the older sewing machines and what a beautiful sound they make. Takes me back to my sewing classes at school. Take care and keep safe Ellie x
How marvellous to see the older machines and still in good working order , I remember having to fit the bobbin into the casing from the side ,very different to how it is these days , embroidery machine is amazing with such beautiful stitching , great to see Ellie ,thankyou !!
Love the vintage Jones sewing machine...that is the type of machine I learned to sew on in Home ech. Class in Jr. High(grade 9) plus my aunts peddle sewing machine... I am officially old👵.
great set of machines! The Jones threading reminds me of my Juki Industrial 1181N.which I use to sew bags, which I've only had for 18 months, but I'll bet yours can sew thru vinyl and leather as well.
Love the Jones, reminds me of my nanna's machine that I inherited and sadly lost during a number of moves 😒 I prefer that to my current machine. I've got a husqvarna viking 750 platinum which was a surprise Xmas gift years ago and cannot bloody stand 🤣🤣
They certainly don’t make them how they used to! Even my small Huskystar seems to be able to stitch through thick leather. My new one would keep beeping at me! x

Hi Frank, that is what this video is about. You need to watch until the end. The first part is also linked in the down bar as well as on the screen when I mention it at the beginning x

Hi Ellie, I’d like to know which one out of all your machines could you not live without?
Ooh that is a hard one! I would have to say my pfaff as I use that the most. I would miss my over locker though. Those are my favourites x
