MSRP is $125k for this ultra luxury model, which is a 4 seater... buy the luxury model instead with nearly every option checked and it'll be $110k. Better yet, get a CPO low mileage 2021 LX570 with the bulletproof V8 and you'll pay around $90k.
I can only afford a keychain from Lexus lmao-
😅
I prefer the v8
You don’t need that much power…..
Said no one ever that wants to buy a $150k suv for the sake of luxury
@@Ifvcksinglemomsoff-roading
Duh…
V8 only gives more power not reliability and its not good for daily use
@@Alex_kazem1why off-road a luxury suv?
its misleading to say this model is the most reliable. This model is a brand new engine that is much more complicated and prone to issue than the last model
Are you an engineer?
@@thisisgoingtopain i read information. Its not hard to find. I am not an engineer.
I totally agree. The model just came out and it’s not enough data to feel it as reliable
Brand new power train on brand new frame “it’s reliable since last model was”
What I don't understand Replace the bulletproof V8 with a Twin Turbo V6 And it still gets shitty gas mileage! I am not going to pay over 6 figures for a full size luxury S UV that has a V6
Not as shitty gas mileage. But if I’m paying six figures, I don’t care about MPG on a car that big because I know it’s going to suck. It would still be nice to get 20 MPG instead of the 14 I’m currently getting.
@@xwarped83 get the diesel lx500d.
@@gribberyt3923 no diesel available in the US.
@@xwarped83 Its the second best diesel after Range rover's ingenium d350.
It's not even a naturally aspirated engine my 2021 toyota highlander XSE version has a 2GR-FKS naturally aspirated V6 which is a naturally aspirated engine and it's half of what this lexus is for even though it's a unibody frame design.
The only vehicle I’d ever need! It’s big! Fast! Spacious and comfortable and beautiful and reliable 👍🏻I will have one once I get tired of my 2023 Lexus RX350!
So,.in 40 years from now? I still have mine and its 30 years old and going strong lol
the gauge screen is right out of alibaba golf cart
The V8 is smoother than the twin turbo V6
The Lexus Lx 600, is the Toyota Sequoia and the Toyota Land Cruise is the Lexus GX 550 ! 😂😂
Bu they all look good in their own style.💪🚘
No, and…No? LX is Land Cruiser LC 300, GX550 is the Prado
Luxurious powerful machine Lexus it is
Twin Turbo will never be as reliable as the NA V8. This is misleading.
I enjoy this car more than my old 570
Like what I thought.
you traded your v8 vor a new v6 tt?
bring back the v8. this will not be
as reliable
You are not an engineer for Lexus/Toyota, you just don’t know what you’re talking about lmao. Just because V8s have traditionally been the go to for standard power and reliability doesn’t mean the future won’t hold a new standard
@@cdawg3506 you dont have to be an engineer. All you need is access to historical data. Naturally aspirated has ALWAYS been more reliable than turbos. The best indicator of your future is past performance.
@@cdawg3506 if its been that way for decades, the chances that the reliability numbers at toyota won't take a huge hit when all new engines will now have turbo included are small. The reliability numbers have already started to trend down in the last decade.
Aaaand there’s a recall for even the Japan-built Toyota TTV6 used in the LX. Tundra is affected too.
@@faheemabbas3965 exactly. This is part of the process for a new engine in my view. They didnt implement any major changes to their engines for a decade plus. Now that they have, they deal some bump likes this. History tells us they will figure it out but it might take a couple generations of these engines to get back to the bullet proof reliability they had before.
Not sure about the reliability when it comes to twin turbos
I got a bad feeling about them.
MSRP is around $125k for the top model. The luxury model is $105k. Where $150k comes from?
Twin turbos are not reliable lol
Plus Toyota is pretty new at manufacturing turboed engines on mass scale.
@@PineBeltAdventuresThey have been making turbo engines for a long time this isn’t a new thing for them
You can’t say its the “most reliable” when it’s been out for a few years. Maybe its LIKELY that it will be reliable. Time will tell.
You can't call something reliable when it has just come out a year ago.
Epic 🏆
Interior looks like 1990 model 😂
This is a new design with brand new engine that just came to the market & he can already predict it will be a reliable car😂😂
Really nice, but people who buys these 130-150k rides, replace them within 2-5 yrs, this is really for people who buys these 5-10 yrs later when they can afford 40-70k price by then
I love it, but this model is not available in Germany, what is the solution?
I bought f sport yesterday.
Already i am loving it.
Looks so much better in person
Paid MSRP
That Gear shift is a dinosaur! Try again Lexus!
Ain’t it based of the sequoia? The GX is based off the Land Cruiser
Lexus Lx600 is just a pay extra Toyota Land Cruiser
Twin turbo and reliable don’t belong in the same sentence 😂
QX80
Not enough data to say it’s reliable. It’s a Toyota so I have no doubt but it remains to be seen
Pretty pricey for lexus
Front grill has to go!
this engine model on a large suv is not reliable. Trust me on this. The previous v8 pre face-lift model is much safer
Same engine as the tundra..that has waste gate issues..so no, its not reliable.
Who can afford it😂
really... what about after having an major accident...lol
a little too pricy for $150000.
Misleading...
That vehicle isn't really luxurious.
What are you comparing it to?
