  • In this drill at Philadelphia International Airport, shift commander Capt. Robert Wilson directs PFD ARFF trucks Foxtrot 6 and Foxtrot 3 to establish an escape route for "trapped passengers," and then to continue extinguishing the fire.

    Reminiscent of Chanute fire school. JP-4 fuel pit fires. When you could burn for real rather than simulation.

    I like the tool some rigs have that is a hose arm that has a thermal camera on it with spike for a nozzle. They can spot the point in the plane where the fire is, drive the nozzle through the skin, and flood it directly.

    If their were anyone in that plane they'd be dead because of the heat i dont see where their was an escape route
