HER ARTIST USED TRANSPARENT FILM DRESSING!!! It's a medical dressing that let's it breathe, but fluid can't get in or out so it creates a false blister and protects the new tattoo the first few days when it's the most tender, seeping serum, and needs to be kept super clean. It's really nice to see an artist treating a tattoo with proper wound care ^_^

I would also check if the film used was real and not a dangerous knockoff with unsafe ingredients (only made to LOOK correct) that somehow got to your artist.

To everyone confused why she changed it, she was choosing the concept for a tattoo, not the literal drawing. So that way, you could submit your idea, and not have to worry about how good an artist you are.

Y'all, tattoos are essentially permanent and typically mean a lot to whoever gets them. Saf chose the design SHE liked, and yes you *can* have your opinion, but also note that your opinion is secondary to hers. A lot of you may not like that particular design, but in the end it doesn't matter. Y'all should be so lucky that she cared enough to even take any of your input on what design she should get AT ALL, so don't be upset that she modified it a little.

Then there's my professional tattoo opinion as well by the way, I wish for saf, those bat's will stay like that. When healing lines wil thicken and details get lost. The points of the bat will become less sharp. Over many years, it might look blurry. It's not rocket science. And it's not the problem of the artist because it might take 5 years before it actually happens.

Then there's my professional tattoo opinion as well by the way, I wish for saf, those bat's will stay like that. When healing lines wil thicken and details get lost. The points of the bat will become less sharp. Over many years, it might look blurry. It's not rocket science. And it's not the problem of the artist because it might take 5 years before it actually happens.
