How Good or Bad are Refurbished iPhones? Well, let's be honest. They feel and look new in most parts and you are saving yourself a couple hundred dollars. Not only are they great for your pocket, but also for the environment.
Overall, the Refurbished iPhone from Popsy has been great. I would recommend buying a certified refurbished phone. Customer support could have been better, as I was not getting any response back from questions that I had for 2 months.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max if you can get a good price on it, as you'll have a bigger screen and better battery life than the 12. Unless if your budget is low. I would recommend the 13 over the 12 for its great battery improvement. I can't say much about the 14 as it has not been released yet

I appreciate it. I would recommend the iPhone XR if you want the slight advantage of the performance of the A12 bionic chip and 1 extra year of update. Though, I do personally find the stainless steel frame and the buttons to feel a lot more premium to hold and click and of course of the OLED screen with thinner bezels

Try opening a claim with your credit card bank for a refund. Popsy tends to have poor communications with their customers.

iPhones above iPhone 8 and iPhone SE won’t have Touch ID. Only Face ID. Apple doesn’t release new iPhones with Touch ID, except for the SE series.
