- I can’t believe my daughter Hailey purchased her first house, she was so nervous before going to the bank, while in the bank, and even after being at the bank. I’m really proud of her for working so hard, she’s really nervous because taking out a mortgage is a big deal. But she works so hard and I know that she’s going to be fine. She’s not a spender she says every dime she has so I’m really proud of her being able to put a down payment on the loan and being able to make the payments every month. I’m definitely going to be here for her no matter what she needs because that’s what parents do. She’s very responsible and I know she’d never ask because she’s just the kind of person that works hard and she knows that we’re here for her.
Now it’s time to get her place ready to go paint her walls and get everything moved in. I’m definitely not looking forward to this.

Being a homeowner at 21 is pretty impressive! Most people I know were in there late 20s or 30s before they could buy a house. She should be very proud of herself!

Ur rt im 48 newly divorced it was 2 yrs this last march in 2024 it's now the 27th april 2024 my x never wanted to buy an it was crazy cuz we both made really good $ an its really hard now im disabled n live with my daughter n her family longer story 😢

My fiancé and I just bought a house a few months ago! We are 20 and 21, I give her huge kudos! A lot of responsibility, and everyone wasn’t kidding when they said projects would start to pile up! I hope she enjoys it and it’s a swift and easy move! She is going to love it!
My husband and I were 20 and 21 when we bought our house in January 2024, we’re 21 and 22 now and we still haven’t moved in😂there was so much to do😂 it’s July 2024 now, lol

She’s constantly doing things for the kids and they are super lucky to have those parents. She was talking to them and they hardly answer or talk to her.
