I just found your channel and loved hearing your testimony. I live about 45 miles north west of Millersburg. I really understood the emotion you showed about Nick’s conversation. My husband was a raging alcoholic. After 19 years of marriage I was ready to divorce him for our two boys sake. After praying for years. We went to a program at a local church and he gave his life to Christ. God took the alcohol from him instantly and he hasn’t drank since that wonderful night October 29, 1990. It is such a glorious thing when you see a change right away. God is so good.
I finally surrendered at age 47! I felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. It was such a relief of my mental anguish, that I had finally made the decision, that it took awhile for me to fathom my salvation!
My daddy was a preacher. He was saved at age 27. I was raised in a Christian home all my life. I came to Christ at age 10. Like you said it is the best decision I have ever made. Wish I had time to testify but I will just say I am so glad Jesus chose me for one of his own!!!! Praise his name!!!!
God bless you, Lynette! Thank you for your testimony. “If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
I'm a Catholic wife and mother of 8. I love your testimony and your joy in Christ. We have a lot in common and cook many of the same recipes. Thank you for sharing your heart and home. I'm enjoying binge watching your videos!
God bless you, Lynette. I'm just seeing this video now in 2020. You have a beautiful heart for the Lord. Let's pray for this country. Pray that God will move by His Spirit to send a mass wave of repentance and turning to Jesus so that our nation can survive. You have a beautiful family.
I've been away from the Lord for some time and watching you has reminded me of why I became a Christian in the first place and how much I need to rededicate my life. Thank you for that. Know that you are making a difference in this crazy world.
When you said you’ve rededicated your life many times that hit me so so hard. I am crying right now. I recently rededicated my life to the Lord for a “many a time” now. I felt so defeated coming back to Him because I just felt like I’ve screwed up so many times in my 34 years. I am independent fundamental baptist, I’ve grown up as such, so it has always felt like screwing up is a really big deal, but hearing you say this gave me so much hope just in knowing that I am not alone in many rededication’s. Thank you so much for this and God bless you❤️
I just had a talk with my 16 year old daughter who is much wiser than her years and when she heard me listening to your video she went online and did some research on local Baptist churches she wanted to make sure that we found a church that was accessible because I have to occasionally use a wheelchair I had some surgery on one leg and needed on the other anyway she also wanted to make sure it had to use the program that she could get involved in and came to me with a list of a couple that she thought would be good and decided that Sunday morning her and I are going to start going to church. She found our Bibles the one she was given as an infant and mine that I've had for years put them on the kitchen island so we would know where they were and we're going to church together for the first time really ever. So thank you so much for sharing your story and your testimony because it has stirred up some hopefulness.
Good for you, Lesa. The most important thing in praying to find a church that preaches His Word, is asking the Lord to lead you. That’s what I did, when I asked Him to lead me to a church that preaches the Word.
English husband, father, grandfather here. I just randomly found your video. Wife and I watched it. Loved your testimony. We are born again Christian's in West Virginia. Very genuine heart. Loved the video. Just so you know. We used to go to church in byesville ohio for a while. The church was comprised of many mennonites. It's been many years ago. But boy I loved that church. The people were just genuine. Big hearted. We drove about 2 hours one way to the church. But the people would argue whose house we would go to in between morning and evening service. Your heart would just melt with the love they gave you. Though there were a couple oddities. The holy kiss. I couldn't go for that. Smile. But one difference that just stood out. If my memory is correct. I think the women sat on one side of the church and the men on the other. The reason I mention that. When they sang praises. Oh my. The blend of voices. The baratones coming from one side. The tenors from the other all in harmony. Beautiful. Though I disagreed on a few things. Mainly the biggest. I was saved in 1989. Was divorced 7 years before that. My wife committed adultery. But remarried in 1989 and was saved shortly after. That was a problem in that church. So it didnt last. But I did love the people. Big hearts. Sorry for the long windedness. But loved your testimony. Look up. We are getting close.
New to your channel. Thank you for giving your testimony and witness for our Lord. I sat down and read the King James cover to cover when I was 18. Even though I attended my parent's church, I felt there was more I should know and prayed for understanding and help. Life was confusing. Providence brought me to my new supervisor at work her name was Fern. There was something "different" about her. I got the courage to ask. I told her that whatever she had, I wanted to come into my life. She smiled and said she was a saved, born again Christian and Jesus worked through her to reach my heart. That was 1974 . I was 24. And I thank God every day!
Loved this Miss Lynette!! I was remembering when my husband decided to come to the Lord and serve Him. And the immediate change!!! It was like a darkroom and the light came on! I love how the Lord can change everything in a split second! I thank Him for changing my husband's heart, God is So Good!!!!❤
I love your testimony. I was moved to tears. I too am a Christian. I made my comment to Christ at the age of 6. It’s the best decision I ever made. I have strayed but came back to Christ. To think what he did for us. The song I Can Only Imagine makes me think what will I do when I see him. I think I will fall to the ground and worship him. I don’t know. When you talked about your husband becoming a Christian made me think about my husband. We had been married quite a while when he became a Christian, our lives changed from that day. I praise God for that. Everyone could see the change. He was a good man before but he became so humble. So so thankful. Thank you! Thank you! You are so special!! God Bless you!!
Thank you for sharing this story! It was so sweet how you teared up talking about Nick coming to Christ. Thank you for sharing your testimony. It's so encouraging to see other believers talk about their faith on RUclips! I love how authentic and gracious you are when sharing your faith!
Thank you for sharing your testimony Lynette. You had me tearing up one minute and smiling the next. I’m also a Christian and Mennonite so it’s refreshing to watch a video like this on RUclips❤️
It's a blessing to hear your testimony and the many ways that you have ministered to others sharing the love of Christ throughout your life. I'm sure you being on RUclips will allow you to reach many more people to share the love of God and hope of salvation.
I loved your testimony! Thank you so much for sharing! My grandpa was raised Amish and I spent a lot of time visiting my great-grandma, who was still Amish, with him. My mom was raised Holderman Mennonite and my grandma is still Holderman. While I was not raised Amish or Mennonite, both "cultures" have influenced my life greatly.
I loved this video, I was 10 when I became a Christian and I remember that feeling I had inside still today and I’m 67. As you were describing your feelings it brought mine to the surface again!! God is awesome! It is amazing how he gives us the opportunities we have in life and the outcome is how we use them!! To glorify Him or take them for granted! Thank you so much for sharing your story. I didn’t realize there was more than one belief among Amish. I read Amis h books all the time and had never picked up on that!!
Lovely testimony. So simple and pure. At 50 years old I've been walking with the Lord for 41 years. So many mistakes but so forgiven when I just ask with my whole heart. A life so blessed. Blessings to you and your family. And thank you so much for sharing. Brought to mind my own salvation experience. 💛 God is so good.
Beautiful testimony, Lynette. May the Lord continue to bless you, teach you, grow you, and never leave you. We are born again Christians, as well. I'm so happy to have found your RUclips channel.
I'm so touched by your testimony! I subscribed to your channel awhile ago because of your cleaning videos, but this video has touched me the most! I was raised in the church as a child, but strayed from the lord, covered in tattoos and living in sin, I have recommited my life to god,,,funny how we look so different, yet are hearts are the same❤
Thanks! And that is wonderful!! 😘 it reminded me of the song I love..🎵 hallelujah for the Blood, for the Sin- cleansing fountain for the lamb has been slain, and the ransom price paid, fully canceled was the debt when on Calvary’s mountain , all the sins of this world upon Jesus are laid! 🎵🎶🎶
GOD bless you and your family. As a mom try to remember Timothy’s mother and grandmother are mentioned in the Bible as having a substantial amount of influence on his walk with the Lord. I am thrilled to hear you don’t have a tv. That distraction is a good thing “not” to have.
Thank you for sharing your story. It was very touching and informative. I'm a Catholic, so although I'm also Christian our paths to the Lord are different, so I love to hear others testimonies! God bless you and your family, Lynette! 💜
Your testimony to the Lord is so touching and inspiring! You are encouraging so many with your life story. Your love for Jesus is so evident and uplifting. You are beautiful!
I am a born again Christian and have never quite known what Mennonites and Amish believe since we really only see what media shows us! (Although i do use some Rod and Staff homeschool materials, which are Mennonite, I believe? So I guess I have caught a glimpse) So glad to hear that many know the Lord!! Thank you for your testimony and for breaking down some of those stereotypes. May God bless your ministry!
What a sweet spirit! Although raised as a ✝️ I wasn't protected from the culture as you were. What a blessing that God works ALL things together for those who love Him and are called according to His Purpose!
I always love your videos but this one really had me to almost crying. Especially the part about your husband coming to the Lord. Seeing how special that still is to you is so touching. It’s wonderful how the two of you serve God together and raise your boys in the church. Thank you for sharing.
Lynette I really enjoy your videos. Your so authentic! So many here on RUclips claim Christ but don't honor him giving believers a bad name. Stay real and down to earth❤️
Oh Lynette! I cried with you, there is power in HIS name! Praise God! I rededicate myself, past year and diagnosed with cancer. God is the best physician! You are so pure, your heart your soul. I thank God I found your videos, you've always been so uplifting. Gods blessings as you plan your lives in a new home. Hugs xxx Willow-sage ( I love & respect your faith)
I loved this video! thanks for sharing ❤️ i also grew up Christian (Pentecostal) and am now going to a different church. also gave committed to the Lord at 11yrs old and was baptized in the Holy Spirit that same day... Amazing experience 🙌 also met my husband while he was non-christian and my heart fills with joy when I see the transformation God has done in his life ❤️❤️❤️
You've been showing up as suggestions for me on Instagram, and now RUclips. This video was the first to show up. I teared up with you. I can't wait to see more from you. God bless! ❤
Ty so much for tgis testimony and sharing with us your background kristen 🤗 this idea hit me hard this past few months. Ive always been a christian but fully believing in the lord the way i do now i had struggled with. Ive been following a terminal cancer patient and he died friday. He suffered but always thought of others and wanted to vlog his journey to the very end which he did. It hit me hard that his actions were a reflection of the lord on the cross. He suffered but wanted us to learn from him valuable lessons just like dan did with his vlog. The lord died for us so we could be forgiven. He endured all that for us. That is the greatest love. I seen this love shine thru dan and it was the lord shining thru him. Trust in the lord always ❤
Just came across this. Lovely to hear about your relationship with Jesus & the journey He's led you through. I was brought up in a Christian home here in UK & made my own commitment at age 9. A decision I've certainly never regretted! Will look at other videos to learn more about you. God bless you. Xx
I am just now watching this two years later as I’ve just found your channel. I get emotional talking about the love of Jesus too! Aside from love, the word that comes to mind when I think of the Lord is HOPE! If not for Jesus, there would be no hope today! ❤️ love your videos. Please continue creating!
Thank you for sharing your testimony. I enjoyed listening to it. I am also a born-again Christian. I’m 73 years old. The Lord brought me and my husband together some 45 years ago we raised six children. We homeschooled for 13 years. All of my kids have grown up to be awesome adults with families of their own. We are very close family. We also have 14 grandkids. We all have a relationship with the Lord. Everyone is at their own spiritual level and growth in God’s kingdom. God bless you and your family.
love that I found your channel, I was crying when you shared about how the lord died for us!!! brings up so much for us as believers to think of how someone did that for us...and how blessed and thankful we should be...just blows me away every time...love your channels content I will be watching !!!God Bless
What An awesome testimony!! I love your channel because it seems so honest to me!!! I married at 18 and getting ready to celebrate our 50th anniversary. With lots of ups and downs but both of us love the Lord first then still love each other more every day!! We have been blessed with all of our children and grandchildren have all been saved and baptized and all serve the Lord first!! I thank God every day that I am so blessed and as my oldest grandson marries in December to a wonderful girl I continue to be blessed!! I thank you soooo much for sharing!!!!!!!
This is by far one of my favorites!! I love hearing testimonies...they just confirm over and over for me how faithful our God is. His grace and mercy never cease to amaze me. I had a rough year last year, my mom got sick, my daughter was briefly hospitalized, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I had to abruptly move from the apartment I lived in for 15 years. Had I not had the Lord in my life, I'm not sure I would've survived it all - but His peace, His love and His comfort carried me through it all. My mom ended up passing away this past June, and even though I was (am) heartbroken, I have an overwhelming peace knowing that she too had been saved. He held me when everything was falling apart and now my daughter is doing much better, I moved into a beautiful apartment (much better than the one I left), and I am a cancer survivor - praise the Lord!!! Thank you for sharing your story. Oh and by the way, I also get very emotional when I think of how undeserving I was (am) when the Lord called me to serve Him, but I keep telling myself, He doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called! God bless!
Lynette, I recently became a subbie thru watching Roselyn at Cetinas Country Cottage video. I grew up in a Pentecostal church from the age of 3. I remember vivedly making the commitment to become a Christian. At the age of 5, in a Sunday school class, one of the Associate pastors of our church felt to come down to the Sunday school classrooms to pray over the children and preceeded to ask if anyone would like to pray and ask Jesus into there heart and life, to become a Christian. I was tearing up at your testimony and especially at the part when Nick made the commitment to Jesus. What a blessing to hear how the Lord ordered your steps and orchastrated your lives. Blessings~Sherri
I'm not a believer (atheist, I wasn't raised with religion) but the way that you talk about your relationship with the Lord is beautiful. How you're overcome with emotion is so moving. It reminds me of the one time I've gone to church. You can feel the weight (or power, maybe presence) in the room. It's undefinable and incredible. I don't know if it's was the community, the atmosphere, or maybe I'm crazy. Anyways, that experience always gives me a little uncertainty about my beliefs when I remember back. Thank you for bringing that memory back. With the current state of the world, it's a smile I really needed. (Even though this video is 2ish years old.)
There is a God and he created you and me! Think about it everything you use has a creator. For example you didn't hear a loud clap of thunder one night and you looked out the window and there was your car. Someone created it!
I live in OHIO too, and I am a Christian. I am blessed to hear your testimony. I loved the Lord my entire life, but did not realize I needed to give my life to him. So, I did no become a born again till I was in my 45's. Now at 69, I am a witness for Christ because I want everyone to meet in heaven!
Your testimony was like a breath of fresh air. I am a Christian And I enjoyed listening to your story about you and your husband and your beautiful family!
When we talk about how the Lord has changed us it overflows. I'm so thankful for God's mercy and grace🙌🙌 Thank you for sharing your faith with others, I pray many will come to know Christ through your obedience ❤
What a glorious testimony Ms. Lynette! Knowing Jesus makes ALL the difference! Thank you Lord for Lynette sharing this moment with us and may it reach many lost souls so that they too can make the decision to follow the Lord!
This is very interesting, thank you for sharing your amazing story. I have always been under the impression that being either Amish or Mennonite, that you were automatically a Christian, as my understanding that the lifestyle of Amish & Mennonite all revolved around Biblical teachings, dedicating your life to the lord, and Christianity. I do apologize, I am a little confused on the topic.
That is definitely the case! We have generally been taught well in Scripture etc. The Amish tend to base their salvation more on works instead of a faith based relationship. Some think you can’t know that you are saved! Which I cannot understand! It’s so clear in the Bible that a person can have the assurance of salvation. But - no- we aren’t automatically a Christian just because of our lifestyle ..☺️
Thank you for your beautiful testimony. I accepted Jesus into my heart at age 12 and was baptized. I am now 58 years old and I am certain it was the best decision I ever made.
I was wondering why I have been so drawn to your videos. We are sisters in Christ Jesus. I too cried when I watched this video. So happy to have found your channel. I hope we can meet one day. Thank you for sharing your testimony. You have been such a blessing to us all.
Thank you for story, very nice. We have Amish and many Mennonites, white and black caps. I got saved in 1999 and bapist a Christian, i love the Lord and too am happy to have a relationship with the lord.
I love this, I love you and I love your transparency. Mostly I love that we are sisters in Christ even though our lifestyle is different. Thanks for sharing your heart and Jesus!
I know I’m a year late watching this video but I can’t thank you enough for posting this!!!!! It was such a Blessing to hear your testimony ❤️ I am not Mennonite but from your testimony I can see that we believe a lot of the same things!!!! My husband is the Pastor of Bible Believer’s Church!!!
Lynette, thank you for sharing your story & testimony! I really enjoyed it. I became a Christian & accepted the lord at fourteen, then fell away from the lord. Got sidetracked. I always grew up in church, ours was a very strict church, protestant, no going to movies, no dancing, no worldly things, no jewelry ect. We also had a split in our church(church of god)and a few of the members decided to go to other churches as well because of disagreements w/policies, so I guess it isn't unusual for those things to happen. I always had a high respect of the amish & still do. I don't see it as funny or weird because I totally understand it. Now i'm in my sixties & I'm married to a wonderful man who is very good to me. The lord has been good to both of us. It seems you had a lot of work experience which is a good thing and good for life lessons as well. I'm so happy for you that your husband decided to accept Christ into his heart. Isn't our lord wonderful? I hope god blesses you both as you continue to do his work & raise your family!
Lynette, you are a breath of fresh air on you tube! Thank you for sharing your testimony. You are a wonderful witness to the Lord! May God bless you and your lovely family!
I grew up not as a believer and making very bad choices, at the age of 30 i gave my life to Jesus and two years later so did my husband then God led us to an Amish Mennonite Church here in Lancaster PA, ( we are originally from Philly). I loved hearing your testimony! Thank you for sharing. You had me tearing up! I'll be praying for you during your move! 🙏
What an amazing story! Your a beautiful woman inside and out. We just enjoy your channel so much. Yes please do continue story times, that was wonderful.
You are just awesome! I grew up as a Southern Baptist so I can relate to you so clearly. Our beliefs are pretty much the same, I'm sure there may be a few differences, but that's ok , everyone is different. Your family and what you speak of is how I was raised, My Dad is an ordained deacon, he is 83 now. Keep up the great work and service that you provide. i also met a guy back when I was 16- he is a Christian but with guys it's hard for them to show emotion at times. 34 years later we are still happily married with a grandson about the same age as your beautiful babies. Staxon is 15 months old and he brings us such joy! My faith in Jesus Christ has always guided me with my decisions and he has gotten me through some hard times as well. My daughter is 7 years: clean" from hard drugs which was a challenge. Tested me to no end but in the end it all worked out. I just prayed to God one day driving down the road in tears" Lord just Fix It" and he did. She is amazing. She now gives her testimony. Even as a Christian we fall, get back up, ask for forgiveness and do what Jesus wants us to do.
I have been watching your videos for about a year or two. I never heard your testimony before-but I started to cry as you told your testimony of faith and then again when you told your husband’s. I just praise God for His work in your husband. Jesus just makes all the difference in our lives. Everything isn’t perfect, but wow! What an amazing thing to belong to the Lord! ♥️🙌🏾
Your video was suggested by RUclips for me, and I'm so glad that it did! Your testimony is such a blessing! Thank you for being willing to unashamedly share with others! I asked Jesus into my heart at the age of 15! Now I want to see more of your videos....
Beautiful testimony. I could feel the holy spirit when you talked. Made me cry. Thank you for being open about your faith. It is wonderful to hear others who love the Lord.
Beautiful testimony Lynette, thank you for sharing with us. I am glad your church taught the plan of salvation from the beginning. I know there are a lot of Amish that don’t understand it and are not even encouraged to read their Bibles. We could be distant cousins. Genealogy is one of my hobbies and my grandfather’s side of the family is all from the Walnut Creek, Sugarcreek area. I have lots of Hostetlers, Millers, Gerbers, Yoders and Stutzman’s in my family tree. I know of at least 5 ancestors that were early pioneers to that area starting around 1812. They all started out Amish but the last several generations were Mennonite.
Loved the music, "Onward Christian Soldiers" playing in the background. God is using your channel in mighty ways. Thank you for sharing on RUclips, Lynn. May many be blessed, encouraged and changed by it! Praying for you sweet sister!!
Your tears are so sweet and genuine.Feel the same way about my husband. We have been married 40 yrs.thisJuly,he also became a new person, almost over night.GOD IS SO GOOD.
You are a perfect example of how growing up in a Christian home doesn't automatically make you a Christian thank you for your sweet testimony. You are my sister in Christ!!!! God bless you and keep you close.
This is a very nice video and I thank you for posting it. I live in Ohio and I spent quite a lot of time in Holmes and Tuscarawas Counties in my younger days. I'm now 66 years old and I'm spending a lot of time down there again. I had a lot of Old Order Amish friends when I was younger and I have to say I've always been very confused by all the different types of Amish there are! The ones that intrigue me the most are the Swartzentruber (Schwartzentruber) Amish, but I'm not sure why. I was told they don't talk to us "English". I have bought baskets from them and found them to be very nice people. But I happen to think most people are very nice! I have just subscribed to your channel.
Years ago there used to be a story online from a couple who used to be in that group of Amish people. If you can find it, it's quite a story to learn about what went on.
Just came across your channel really enjoy it so have Subscribed! I am a Christian give my heart to the Lord at the age of 14 and have never looked back been so Blessed with a wonderful Christian husband and Blessed with four wonderful boys now all married have wonderful grandkids God is so Good Amen! Thank you for sharing God Bless Liz.
Thank you for sharing your testimony! I was always drawn to you from the first time I saw your RUclips channel, I was led by the Lord! All blessings to you and your sweet family, in all your endeavors!
You dear girl!! I stumbled across your channel and was intrigued about your modern life style - yet Amish/Mennonite affiliation. You just made it all very clear to me. It is also very apparent that Jesus Christ is your lord and Savior. He’s mine too, for over 50 years. ❤️ I will continue to watch your channel and see what’s next in your life. Thanks a lot.
I teared up along with you. I got saved at 11 years old too. I grew up a preachers daughter. Part of my life in MO, WV, and OH. - Proctorville, Ohio. I met my husband at God's Bible School, in Cincinnati,Ohio. He went into the Air Force. And that is how we got down here in AL.
Love your story. My grandmother grew up Amish in Sugarcreek, Ohio, but never joined. She was baptized and joined Mennonite church in Millersburg. This was in 1898. Love the area.
This is my 5th?4th of our videos. I love the true emotions coming forth when you speak of the journey of your life. Truly happy to have found your channel. Wonderful!!!
Greetings from New Zealand! A wonderful platform to share your heartfelt testimony - we have so much to be thankful for! He is so gracious to us for choosing us to be His children. Xx
Wonderful testimony! Thank you for sharing it. I really love watching your videos and I was curious about some things just because I don’t know any Amish or Mennonites personally and this was so insightful. I appreciate your courage and your commitment to God. Thank you!! ❤️
What a sweet testimony...I was about 8 or 9 and I just remember going to a revival at the church just down the road from where I lived...went to church with a friend. I can still feel my little heart pounding inside of me as the Holy Spirit filled me up and I invited Jesus into my heart! Not dramatic, by any means, but a life changing decision for me!
Wow, what a beautiful testimony! I too have ask Jesus in my heart years ago and I still practice that daily! Their is no other life for me! Thank for sharing your walk with God with us! 😊
Amen! Amen! Thank you Lord for Lynette’s wonderful testimony! Jesus is so good! Been serving the Lord since 1980 and I cannot live without Him! The Lord bless you, and keep you, make his face shine upon you and give you grace. The Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26. Hallelujah!
What a lovely testimony and beautiful family, Lynette. Thank you for being so candid, I found myself getting emotional as well. May God continue to bless you and your family.
Dear Lynette, I watched your life story and the awesome testimony of you and Nick coming to know the Lord. God bless you both and your precious family. May you grow more in love and your home be filled with much joy, happiness, love and peace. Many blessings❤️🙏🏼
Praise the Lord!!
Wow!!! God is so good!!!
@@MrsWGW3 yes He most certainly is.
Praise God Almighty for His saving grace!
That is so amazing. The Lord is good it does my heart good to hear stories like that I'm very happy for you and your family
I finally surrendered at age 47! I felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. It was such a relief of my mental anguish, that I had finally made the decision, that it took awhile for me to fathom my salvation!
I was 55! I look back on my life and am sorry that I didn't come to Christ when I was 15, it would have saved me a lot of trouble!
Amish life is so interesting to me. I loved to hear your testimony about Jesus. Thank you.
Amen
👏🏽 praise the Lord!! To Him be the Glory!!
Ro Brodhead YES , she makes a beautiful difference
I'll pray for you to rededicate your life. I'm 56 and did that ten yrs ago. One of the best decisions I ever made.
He is waiting for you with open arms.
Praying for you!🙏✝️
This video is so real and you're making me tear up. 😭 Your channel is so refreshing. I love finding other Christian RUclipsrs. 😃
😘 thanks! And same here!!

How refreshing! Thank you for sharing. God Bless you! ♥️

You are so blessed! I pray my daughter will turn to God soon.
Beautiful 😮
The love of Jesus is overwhelming, a love that gives peace & joy that does surpass understanding, God Bless You All ❤ Thank you for your testimony
This is so true... I just came back to him after 6 years of wandering away and I’ve missed him so much, the only true peace comes through the Lord 🦋
Do amish know what year it is now ...
Amen! ✝️🙌🏽💜
@@user-lv4ov5rp6d Yes they do. They're not backwards as you think. They are very smart.
@@user-lv4ov5rp6d Why wouldn’t they?? I guess you thought you were telling a funny joke or something 🤷♀️
❤️👏🏽
Thank you for sharing this story! It was so sweet how you teared up talking about Nick coming to Christ. Thank you for sharing your testimony. It's so encouraging to see other believers talk about their faith on RUclips! I love how authentic and gracious you are when sharing your faith!
So are you finally BAPTIZED MRS. YODER???🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 YES!!!!!YEY!!!! Congratulations!!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 you just answered my question in your video 👍👍👍
Thank you for sharing your testimony Lynette. You had me tearing up one minute and smiling the next. I’m also a Christian and Mennonite so it’s refreshing to watch a video like this on RUclips❤️
Aww 😘 thanks. And I appreciate your love and support!
Trinity Merritt Yes! God is Good!! Blessings!!

Lynette Yoder Oh my word, your words made me a little testy eyed. Thank you Jesus, for loving us ❤️ You’re such a breath of fresh air, sister 😊
Glad to have you back and with all those tattoos 🥳
GOD bless you and your family. As a mom try to remember Timothy’s mother and grandmother are mentioned in the Bible as having a substantial amount of influence on his walk with the Lord. I am thrilled to hear you don’t have a tv. That distraction is a good thing “not” to have.
Thank you for sharing your story. It was very touching and informative. I'm a Catholic, so although I'm also Christian our paths to the Lord are different, so I love to hear others testimonies! God bless you and your family, Lynette! 💜
There is only ONE way to the Lord - through believing that Jesus Christ is God's Son who died on the cross for the sins of mankind.
I agree, I too am catholic and we all believe in the same God 🙏
What a beautiful story!! Love to see and hear how the Lord has blessed other people’s lives! Great testimony!
Such a beautiful testimony lynette!!💕💕
💕👍🏽

( I love & respect your faith)
Love your testimony!! Living for Jesus is the only way !! as a daughter of the most high I know the way!! Be Blessed always
Beautiful, I am always so blessed to hear the testimony of other Christians. ✝️
I agree! ✝️🙌🏽💜
This gave me goosebumps! Thanks for being so transparent and sharing your testimony! *Hugs*
God bless!
Praise the Lord!!!!
💕
❤️❤️
There is a God and he created you and me! Think about it everything you use has a creator. For example you didn't hear a loud clap of thunder one night and you looked out the window and there was your car. Someone created it!
❤❤❤
Thank you for your testimony. I am also a Christian since October 1980. The best and most important thing to do😊🙌
Its a beautiful testimony .It is very real to you and me . Gods Grace is truly Amazing!
Such a pure, humble woman of God. May his blessings rest upon your family forever.
I LOVE your testimony of The Lord and His atoning sacrifice.
I also enjoyed your life history! Thank you so much!
When we talk about how the Lord has changed us it overflows. I'm so thankful for God's mercy and grace🙌🙌
Thank you for sharing your faith with others, I pray many will come to know Christ through your obedience ❤
Thanks for sharing your journey, Lynette! God always has amazing plans in place for us! ❤️❤️
Paula M 💕💕
I was touched too.
"525 people" at the wedding, lolol. That's about 500 more than the amount I plan on inviting to mine haha
😂
I hat close to 600. We all have big familys and i love it
I know I’m a year late watching this video but I can’t thank you enough for posting this!!!!!
I love learning about different social norms and people. I am jealous you had horse and buggies! I find the Amish culture fascinating.
You're beautiful inside and out Lynette! Great testimony for the Lord too. Take care 🌻🍁🌻🍂🌻
It was long but worth it. What a refreshing story on RUclips. Thank you Lynn .
What a dear , sweet person you are ! I love you , sister in Christ ! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
💕
Beth Ehms thank you so much!! I need prayers! And I pray that God will bless you all!!
Your tears are so sweet and genuine.Feel the same way about my husband. We have been married 40 yrs.thisJuly,he also became a new person, almost over night.GOD IS SO GOOD.
Amen! The LORD is SO SO SO GOOD to us all! Thank you for sharing! CHRIST JESUS IS LORD💝
So thankful for your willingness to share your testimony. Praying that there are those that see this and make a decision to follow Christ.
Wow this video isn’t what I was expecting. I’m so glad you shared your testimony! That’s amazing and really inspiring. 💕
You dear girl!! I stumbled across your channel and was intrigued about your modern life style - yet Amish/Mennonite affiliation. You just made it all very clear to me. It is also very apparent that Jesus Christ is your lord and Savior. He’s mine too, for over 50 years. ❤️
I will continue to watch your channel and see what’s next in your life. Thanks a lot.
I’ve always been fascinated with the Amish community. ❤️ love your channel and so glad to get to know you more.
😊❤️
I teared up along with you. I got saved at 11 years old too. I grew up a preachers daughter. Part of my life in MO, WV, and OH. - Proctorville, Ohio. I met my husband at God's Bible School, in Cincinnati,Ohio. He went into the Air Force. And that is how we got down here in AL.
I'm so excited to hear your story! ❤
Love your story. My grandmother grew up Amish in Sugarcreek, Ohio, but never joined. She was baptized and joined Mennonite church in Millersburg. This was in 1898. Love the area.
Not Millersburg. It was Walnut Creek.
😘 thanks for your kindness!
Dear Lynette, I watched your life story and the awesome testimony of you and Nick coming to know the Lord. God bless you both and your precious family. May you grow more in love and your home be filled with much joy, happiness, love and peace. Many blessings❤️🙏🏼
