snow is smelting slowly outside and on the muscles - looking good! ;) well done! slowly weather is changing and with better weather the body will feel also better for skating.
It must be freezing and so hard to warm up but you’ve done a great job as always 👏 A friend told me not to pop until you’re warm up to avoid unnecessary strain on a cold muscle. I’ve been doing it and it has help me somehow. Always enjoy your video and I hope to skate with you one day. Nice flick on that kickflip my friend. ✨✌️✨
Thank you Ronaldo! I usually ride around the park or do a bit of transition before doing my first Ollie but in this little area I could only tick-tacking for several minutes. It's very difficult to warm-up and you better not rest a minute if you don't want to freeze!😅 I'm sure we'll skate together one day!👍🏼🤜🏼
The title says you're rusty, but you didn't look that rusty to me. Your kickflips looked pretty good to me. And most of your basic tricks were solid for the most part. I loved the frontshuv the most. The pop and scoop was 🔥.
Thank you Rayvin! I can tell you I am! 😅 It took many tries to get good feeling on the board. But I great full I could land some. Hopefully I can skate more often to feel better physically and mentally! As we all know its good effects for body and mind!
Thank you Man! It's important to adapt your skateboarding to you physical abilities. I try to adapt it too as my back gets worse and worse! Most important is to keep having fun!
congrats , these kickflips look good , nice extended flicking leg. .i dont remeber you doing them like this before , what changed ? i need to do learn to extend the foot after the flick and im struggling with it.
Thank you John! During the session on the first tries the board was going backwards So I tried to extend that leg to keep it under my feet and it worked!😅
I don't know about rusty old man, it should have been frozen old man in them conditions. Your shoves where looking good and you got good pop on most tricks. I think the rust was cleaned of with this session.
If you find the mirror of the heart dull, the rust has not been cleared from its face.
🤗🙏🏼❤️ I found it sir!
Rifling through the essentials, always a fun way to shake the rust off.
Absolutely, it takes a while to get the feelings back especially in cold conditions but it feels also good!

Thank you! Absolutely Karol! Last session felt already a bit better!
Wait, I thought this was a snowboard channel. 🤣 Just kidding. Glad you're knocking the rust off of the skateboard. 👊
Haha! Hope I can continue to practice like this at least once a week but it seems that the snow will fall again at the end of the week...

each trick you do requires 1 hour or stretching and rehab.
