The O’s failure in the 2024 playoffs was solely based on their lack of offensive production. Kimbrell was gone by then. The O’s scored a single run in the two games.

Baseball has changed dramatically since, so having seen many different aspects of this club, I am of the mindset that I trust the process of Mike Elias.
Going from the worst team to the best in two years speaks volumes, yet some fans still miss the point: trust the process.

Correct, but it is his fault that he was who he was. Miller was a brilliant pitching coach, but an awful field manager, which is why the Orioles hired Altobelli in 1983 over Miller and the same applied in subsequent years.
