i binged watch your different models. I appreciate your model naming convention: right from the model number, I know the length and how many beds. I hope everyone else adopt your naming convention or something similar.
Just thinking of future weight savings on this van, have you considered raptor coating the chassis instead of hot dip galv, which a number of vans are moving too. Cheers Shayne
Lovely van, I'll be watching Cam and Tiff with great interest. This van ticks all our boxes except maybe no air bag suspension, but I'm sure they will put it to the test. I'm 6'6", so great to see you fit ok. Can I ask what the dimensions of the bunks are and the length of the queen bed. We are in the southwest of WA, so great to see a competitive off road family van here in WA with good solar, battery and water storage. Cheers Shayne
We had a very strict weight limit, so airbags would have pushed it over. Plus, for the extra money, the boss jack legs will do all the levelling you need. I am 203cm or 6'8, so the roof height is good. I know we made the kids' beds bigger, but I don't have the measurements on me. Sorry.
Sorry to hijack the comment, kids bunks are 73cm wide x 187cm long. With LOTS of headroom because of how tall the van is inside. Main bed is somewhere between a queen and a king. 170cm wide x200cm long. Taller person would sleep on the outside, so your feet can hang off the mattress and clear the cabinetry (that’s my spot haha).
We LOVE the van guys, you’ve absolutely knocked it out of the park! 😍
We are so glad you liked it. We are all looking forward to hearing about your adventures 😀

It made sense to me to create a very simple code.

Many thanks for the feedback Cam/Tiff, those measurements work. That's quite a large queen, extra wide, ticks 2 more of the boxes on my list. Cheers 👍
Can you tell me was size boss legs are on the van?
Cheers
I am guessing, but I think we fitted the 500 mm legs with extension options for uneven ground.
