    Recipe:
    Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp.
    Onion - 1 pc.
    Carrot - 1 pc.
    Raw beets - 1 pc.
    Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
    Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
    Potato - 400 g.
    Cabbage - 450 g.
    Salt - 1 tsp ( taste)
    Seasoning for borscht to taste (onion, oregano, cumin, garlic, paprika)
    Coriander, basil to taste.
    Citric acid 1/3 tsp (to taste), can be replaced with vinegar 70% - 0.5 tsp.
    Dill, parsley - 30 g.
