I absolutely loved Snapdragon. The original G1 toy. One of the last presents my grandfather gave me. Plus one of the few that made it completely intact with me to adulthood. 😄
Heavily influence from the Blackbird, NO WONDER I WANT THIS THING SO FREAKING BAD, I LOVE THE BLACKBIRD. If I was any good at painting, I would so turn all the white Black to make it look more like one, as I would NOT be getting rid of this thing anytime soon....
This is not a well known or most desirable Transformer in this line, but Snapdragon here looks quite impressive and fierce looking! Very cool review, Paul!
After finding this on the shelf at Target not once, but twice, & getting denied twice (street date 9/1, Huh? What?) Found one & bought at a Walmart Thursday.
The robot mode heel spikes that you can't figure out why they're on hinges are like that so when you bend the tail tip for dino mode it stays flush with the white cockpit part and doesn't hinder the bending.
I think the problem you have with his leg section holding on in dino mode being a loose connection may just be your copy, because mine holds in pretty well. Great review.
Agreed. Even if they do follow a different storyline from G1, I for one want to see more of all of the "new" characters that were introduced; like the HeadMasters, TargetMasters, Clones, Punch/CounterPunch and more! Especially when you consider the OUTRAGEOUS cliffhanger that G1-Season4 ended with.
@@danielsnyder9200 Personally I'm a big fan of Sixshot in the Headmasters. I wonder if the upcoming Kingdom toy line will do a version of him that scales better with the current voyagers/leaders?
Hasbro isn't willing to fund an English dub for these, unless Viz Media's Transformers manga is very popular. Presumably enough for Viz Media to dub the series themselves.

The little folding bits on his feet are supposed to be tail spikes as far as I can tell. On mine they fold up when in Dino-Dragon mode.
I need him and Scorponok to round out my Generations Headmaster Decepticons.

Look closely at that body part again in dinosaur mode; it does click in and hold.
