For those who've studied psychology, this interview is even more fascinating. IMO...Russell is a 'super empath", capable of sizing people up instantaneously. Empaths have the gift/curse of feeling other's emotions, picking up all non-verbal communication, and are extremely sensitive to the point where nothing gets by them. They are extreme opposite of the narcissistic personality. They are the antidote...difficult to manipulate and control, which narcs MUST HAVE. That is why this went so bad for Mika. He has her number, knows her better than some people who have known her all their life. She is inauthentic, superficial, egomaniacal, and self-obsessed. He lives to bring those people down to Earth. It's part of this therapy. Russell is a sensitive soul who was either emotionally abused in some way I believe.
