I’m so happy I found your RUclips channel. I’m starting in the Hot Dog business myself here in California. San Jose Ca. Any chance you can do a video on your commissary or where are you store your cart? Thank you and I look forward to watching along.. 😁
It's just a regular Hot Dog, but it's in a lamb casing, so it snaps when you bite into it. The flavor is kind of an iconic Bay Area Staple. People out here were raised on them.
If I had to guess, I’d say a combo of beef, pork, and pineapple... but I don’t know if they list them anywhere. Cost for the 26 is around $80.. and I don’t think they ship. In house pickups only as far as I know.
@@therealboondoggie that’s a good price heck right now I’d pay $10 or more just to finally taste them. If you ever come to the Houston Texas area let me know! I’ll be in line to be your first customer 🤠
Hello my Daughter and I are starting a Hotdog business well its her business I work for her lol. I was wondering if you have any ideas, we are surrounded by lakes her in Michigan we can set up at the boat landings it's state ground so the DNR require that 33% of the menu is healthy any ideas anyone??
Maybe look into Carrot Dogs? Or offer a Vegetarian Dog? Thankfully we don’t have to offer one, but they are very difficult to work with. The don’t Hot hold very well... but they don’t say they have to be fast, right? They just have to be ON the menu... so if it takes 20 min to prepare it is what it is. The hard part is leaving an entire steam pan open for only vegetarian options.
Right they just have to be on the menu because how many people are going to get one . I was going to ask if the vendor who sells veggie dogs has to sell 33% regular dogs or have unhealthy food on the menu but I bit my tongue lol. Thanks for the feedback. Eric and Kaylitta( A GIRL WITH A GRILL ) and one one veggie dog what is 33% we are selling dogs chips and soda&water.
Excited to see what you have in store. I’m new to this hot dog stuff. I found you randomly on RUclips lol will hit the notification button
It took me so long to find this comment! Still learning how to use RUclips!
