Love your content! Very helpful and encouraging! I'm in Mississippi. Which Weiner and Sausage do you purchase for your menu? I really want to carry a quality item.

I love hot-dogs.
Did ron really put frozen pizzas in a wood fire oven?!
No. Made fresh onsite every time.

Love your trailer. Where did you purchase it from?
At about the 11 minute mark you talk about the possibility of power failure and refrigerators going down. We have a food trailer and worry about that too, however last year I solved that problem by getting two temperature sensor units from a company called Therma. They connect to a hub that automatically connects to cellular sites no matter what state we travel in. I set temperature parameters in their app and get a phone call, text message and email if my cooler is out of the set parameters. I also have a log for every ten minutes. The health department loves it and so do I. I put a small UPS in the trailer so the hub continues to work and contact me in case of a main power failure. Earlier this year i got an overnight alert that my coolers were getting warmer. I went out to a hotel parking lot to find someone had stolen my $ 200 main power cord. None of my food was in temperature jeopardy yet and I hooked back up with a cheaper cord. I pay $ 200 a year for the two sensors and there are no other charges. I'm not affiliated with Therma in any way and there may be other solutions out there, but It has really worked for me. My fresh food inventory is my lifeblood and just one day of being down during an event would really hurt our bottom line.
Genius!!
I was thinking about doing something in Solano County. Would you be open to answering some questions if I stopped by sometime?
I don’t have set hours at the store. But you’re welcome to stop by anytime! If I’m available I’ll come down.
Wanna know what actually is good for you? Don't eat pizza at all no matter what the crust is. I haven't taken a bite of pizza since 2000. Plus, I did read a study out of the3 University of Michigan that claims pizza is just as addictive as cocaine (googleable information)
😂😂😂 bro you're wild
