For all you newbies out there looking into getting into the business, she's spot on when she says it is hard work, but with that said ... it is kinda seasonal depending on where you are so if you want to put in the hard work and make that $ when it's easy to get and work for than you can just take the Winter off or at least take it easy and just setup here and there when the weather is nice like I do! I love, love, love your trailer setup .. can't wait to get mine!
im in san diego. guessing my season will be all year????
Everyday she's hustlin hustlin hustlin hustlin she rolls solo from state to state!❤. You go girl!
Proud of you! Hard work pays off! The work ethic with some of the younger kids is just not there. Nothing is free in life. Go get it if you wan't it!
I like your sunglasses collection! Thank you for the video. I’m building out my food truck right now. So this is super helpful to see your setup, and watch your service.
When I love my work, I could work 16 hrs per day, no problems. Your setup looks awesome ! Well done !
Love your work ethic! Good on you guys for really going for it! I hope one day to have my own little hot dog operation. I'm genuinely looking forward to being my own boss. And working in reasonably pleasant conditions.
Great thanks for your knowledge and skills from London England
saludos desde Medellin Colombia FELICIDADES LINDO PROYECTO
I freaking love your hustle!!!!

Great video! You inspire me to get a food trailer going! 🙂
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ugh. Don't know why YT is playing with us by not having your videos pop up when you upload. Gotta check our notification settings.
Good to see ya! 💜😎
Great job to let us know how life is
That’s with any business. My father owns a trucking company and he worked 18 hours a day and then he would run a load locally, and then Night could work on the paperwork running a business never stops.
😊thank you great vlog
Vivian, this is George from Texas I emailed you a couple of times, but haven’t heard back, just wanted to let you know all the materials we talked about should arrive today and tomorrow, just wanted to give you a heads up.
Thanks,
George
Muito bom curti demais!!!
Great content! Anyone ever tell you that you look like Chelsea Kane?
Love Your Hot Dog Cart nice Setup, where did you purchased it?
I need to write a book. Another mistake food and Hotdog venders is thinking for people. The reason why Hotdog venders die is becase they churn out bad products with intention of never seeing the customer ever again.
Love your trailer! Where did you get it? and love the videos :)
Nice video. I like how well you're food trailer is built and organized. I do have to rib you some though about your pickup. Its way overkill for pulling that trailer. But again, nice video. Have a great day 🌞
😂 the truck came first.
@therealboondoggie that explains that. I had figured maybe you have a boat or other RV so it would make sense. How about your trailer though. Airstream? New or used and rebuilt for food trailer? I'm getting a food trailer this upcoming spring and I'm looking around on options. My business is BBQ mostly. Have a great day. 🔥👍😁
great vid! thinking of doing a small hotdog cart. what are those long ones? are those sausages or hot dogs? also what brand are those? Thanks!
Hey from Berkeley
I am finally starting to build my trailer, unfortunatly I will miss the spring season :( we have a lot of ball games here in my small town
I lost a month waiting for the town to have a meeting my trailer is totally built out ready to go I could cook right now but it is waiting on applications waiting for health inspection waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting
@@cfaz6763 that's rough
Scottsdale AZ, $12 to 1800 everyday.....that's with $4 lemonades too.... No gourmet hot dogs just Chicago style all pre-made in the package ready to go five bucks each never a line no credit card only cash
Nice! We do lemonades at 2 of our locations! People love them!
Are you the only one serving on Day 4? How many dogs an hour? I only sold 35 dogs two days ago. Just trying to make this work. I'm stuck in upstate, New York.
What kind of hotdogs do you use ?
Hi!
Have you guys considered doing a Tik tok live while serving hot dogs?
I think I need about 150 more followers to do that. I’ve done RUclips lives though.. might do one tomorrow!
What is full des of your trailer? Beautiful and shiny! How much would that run and can just one person run it? Thank you!!!
I need to do a video fully displaying my trailer. It’s been a work in progress. I paid just under $40K for it, but it would be difficult to get one like this done for under $70-$80k after the pandemic because of steel prices.
Also you could run small events alone, but I bring help for anything over 50 people because our menu is more extensive than a cart.
Few healthy kids around but omg look at the parents LOL
after cost and everything for the week what was the profit? just a idea?
That’s a good question! I’ll have to look back and see if I can estimate it…
After cost for just the mobile events we probably did between $2500-$2700 in profit. I kept labor low, by working myself.

Is someone helping you? Who is handling the money? How much is that set-up you have? Trailer? Looks so shiny and beautiful.
Day 4 I had two of my staff helping me out. I stayed on the window to handle the cash, and the boys pump out the dogs. For this event I’d say we did 4-5 dogs a minute, but I had one of my fastest with me. We sold everything we brought that night. Keep at it though! They won’t all be slow!
But the glasses 😅😎
What do you offer on your menu in your Concession trailer?
You can check out the full menu on Boondoggies.com 😎
@@therealboondoggie awesome variety you have there!
You need a hairnet.
SOY FAN NUMERO UNO DE LOS HOT DOGS....
On the inside of your backdoor (in vinyl) it should say "Don't come in my back door. I'm not that kind of grill."
I highly suggest you hire someone for 200 bucks a day to run to the store get everything you need and help with your cleanup and set up and then they can just do the collecting of money or handing out of food trying to do it alone just drive you nuts it's like work hire somebody for 200 bucks a day makes life so much easier
I have 15 employees… we work them as much as their schedules allow, it definitely helps!
Loud music is not better!
Help yourself to some chips? Are the chips free??
I believe that event was catered, so they weren’t free, they were paid for by the host.
would love to watch... but the music is crazy annoying, and the sound levels are so out of whack its NUTS!
I’ll work on that. Thanks!
