Great to see this gentleman again. He should make no apologies to anyone for anything. This man has the greatest voice ever. Here's to seeing him have a massive hit!
I’m happy to see/hear Donnie’s life is back on track. I had the pleasure of working with DV by creating the music for the demos for ‘Instant Karma’. He said he’s pretty sure they kept my guitar parts for the official release.
I'm from the same neck of the woods in Illinois. Was so excited to see this one AND pleasantly surprised! Bless Donnie.....I deal with depression & anxiety and take medicine. I truly feel for him💙
Jason, I am subscribing immediately. When you poked him in the ribs about learning his whole songbook then when you talked to us about how do you tell him to turn his phone off, oh man that is some FUNNY shit man. I'm in!!!
Excellent interview, Jason! You are very incouraging as a positive mediator! I suggest getting BOTH Donnie AND Chip together in a live discussion, focus on the positives and help them both realize that getting back together for a "strong branded" band tour SHOULD HAPPEN! HELP THEM - YOU CAN DO IT! 🌎✌️🌱🎶
Wow man this is a great video and interview little sad seeing Donnie v up close. You can tell he's going through some tuff times. Still looking good . what a great guy. Thank you for this.
This is a cool interview. So glad to see Donnie once again. Great interview. I'm so glad Donnie has a proper microphone so we can all hear him perfectly. I think more hosts/guests should have a proper microphone for optimum sound/clarity.
Great job getting Donnie for an interview. Such a talented and underrated songwriter and vocalist. I'm a huge fan of all the Enuff Z'Nuff records and Donnie's solo stuff, such a shame they couldn't keep it together, but at least Donnie is still making music.
keep it together? They slugged it out from the mid 80's till the 2000's. There is no $$ in EzN. I am surprised they banged it out as long as they did. Having said that, "STRENGTH" should have yielded at least 3 hit singles and gone platinum 2 or 3 times over. "New Thing" should've been a top 40 single too and the record company should have released "For Now" as a single from that 1st album. That song had huge radio hit potential.
>keep it together? They slugged it out from the mid 80's till the 2000's. Exactly. And they made killer music together, it's a shame they couldn't keep that going.
Haven’t bought an Enuff Z’nuff album since Donnie left. It’s frustrating when time is running out and you have one guy being stubborn and delusional. Why Chip wouldn’t want to go out on top instead of limping across the finish line is beyond me.
Dissonance is a great EZN record and Donnie performs at a high level on that record. Donnie did make a great point-towards the end of his time in EZN, the band was lazy, they would not rehearse and the set list was boring. The lack of creativity for the set list and rock show was very, very predictable/boring.
I been knowing the Rybarskis for a minute and for ppl to just sell out on the guy who brings the voice and furthermore is there any compassion out there for ppl who struggle w addiction n mental health...Donnie keep rockin on brother love ya n life long fan here!! 🎸🎵🎤💙🎵🎸🎤💚🎵🎸🎤❤🎵🎸🎤💛🎵🎸🎤💜🎤🎸
Jason, this is the kind of stuff that makes your channel worth paying attention to. I thought I followed 80s hard rock bands and their offshoots into this decade pretty hard core, but I've totally missed out on Donnie Vie's stuff.
Poor Donny hey dude I'm with you Cat I wouldn't go see that band with out you. I'm glad your sober bud . I got 5 years off a bad smack habit. And I know you where out there bud . But hey man your here now stay strong man .

Chip Z’Nuff is a joke. Donnie Vie is the voice and the man. The way I see it Chip owes Donnie a pile of money that he probably doesn’t have. Good luck Donnie. I love your voice. The Party Time video is fantastically well done. Don’t ever forget you are the shit Donnie!!
It's so fucking sad when this sort of shit happens with bands.......poor guy, and that is a shit thing to do, he was going through serious issues and someone who you had created beautiful music with, and someone who was a part of your life fucks you over, and is of key in a lot ways, hope things work out for donnie.....love eternal mate

Fantastic interview Jason! Was lucky to see EZ in the UK when they supported Poison in 93 ( I think ) .. They blew Poison out the park! This band should have been huge and wish Chip and Donnie work things out 👍👍

Chip is a liar. He has lied a lot during his time with EZN and all at the expense of Donnie and the other band members. Chip can enjoy his tenure with Steven Adler and the other C plus has been rockers from the 80's. EZN is still Donnie Vie and that voice cannot be replicated.
@@javtimestwo seeing chip in a whole other light and ppl wanna say Donnies the bad guy..from what ive heard n seen its NOT Donnie folks!!
I got jipped unfortunately I been lied to so much my zoom call will never happen. I hope donnie sees this and contacts me. I would love to explain what happened
😎👍💗🇺🇸🎸🎹 💣🔥🎼 DONNIE ROCKS!!!
Hey bro, drop da vape! Do ya wanna end up like EVH?
Let's be real. We don't want to hear Chip sing dammit. Donnie on vox and Chip on the fxcking bass. Period!
Love Donnie, hope he is not smoking anymore
Just leave Chip out of european tour. He doesn't deserve to make any more money off of your talent. Legit no one will miss Chip. Get me! ... I will wear a funky hat and Lennon glasses lol. No one will none the wiser.
You would need the banana yellow frames on those glasses though
@@newavatar2947 Done!!! Call me Donnie, I be "right by your side"
