Thanks for showing all the details of the build. Really appreciate the effort. It is really useful to see the decisions which have to be made when little problems arise, like the edge of the drawer on the edge of the trailer. I liked how you protected the tarp with the simple addition of a bit of formply over the brackets. A cabinet maker friend suggested waxing the top of the 'runners' to lessen the resistance on a bigger drawer like this if it seems hard to pull out and push in when loaded. Out of interest, how did it go when you loaded it up and went camping? Were there any changes you thought of?

Great Idea although instead of screwing the ply on the side I would of counter sunk the exiting bolts on that side and replaced with longer bolts.
