    Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克

    In order to get crispy texture, the batter must be as thin as possible, must be fried enough 'dark' and eat it immediately. Thank you!
    要酥脆,面糊一点要薄,煎的颜色要比较"深",记得要马上吃哦.谢谢!

      Little Duck's Kitchen 小黄鸭厨房 yes.. I did , batter is thin , and very dark also. There is no way can come out like yours.
      Not only having this problem, but my other 3 friends tried to- came out just like me- texture just like American pancakes 🥞.

    I just made this recipe this morning for my kids. They came out just like PANCAKE , not crunchy likes she shows here
    If anyone wants to get crunchy texture, REDUCE self rising flour- 200 g is a lot. Add more rice flour to get crunchy texture + add more corn flour at least 30 g. 70 g sugar is very sweet to me. If I do next time, I will reduce sugar to 55 g for my liking

    I tried making it with your recipe, it turn out well. Except I prefer to spread melted butter instead of putting chunks of butter. The traditional taste! 😋

    No need to put any oil or butter on the pan before you put your batter to fry it? I don't have a non stick pan. How to get the batter to be crispy?

    😛Just made this with other’s recipe because the results from your video doesn’t appear crispy to me and the comment below also mentioned it. The texture of the recipe that I tried is crispy but the appearances not as nice. Will try your recipe next time.

      自发粉是超市都可以买到的包装盒写着self raising flour .粘米粉是tepung beras/blended rice flour .都是超市可以买到的
