It's all her best years man, people in these comments are always throwing around years in jail like they mean nothing. What, you think she gets out of jail and will just keep going on? After 15 years? Good luck finding another partner. Good luck with a career. And probably guilt for the rest of her life. In fact you could argue that her getting a second chance is the final punishment, because she always has to live knowing the victims didn't get one. Her entire life will be defined by this. But we can't base all punishment off the assumption that every murderer or rap ist is a sociopath, psychopath or narcissist.
I know the pain of those mothers that lost their babies. My daughter turned 28 , 20 days after she was murdered by her Boyfriend. I will never forget getting that call. It has been 8 months since she passed away.
@@Sparrowo51 That's also why I don't buy the idea that she had intended to die in the crash along with both boys; if she _had_ been suicidal (and determined to take her ex-boyfriend off the mortal coil with her), she would have tried to off herself _again,_ instead of partying it up until her arrest. I can only guess why her ex's friend Davion was in the car with them. July 31, 2022 at 5:34 to 5:39 AM was a Saturday morning, so maybe things had cooled down between Mackenzie and Dominic, she offered to give him a ride home after a late-night party and Davion needed a ride too and came with. So Dominic was the intended "hit" and Davion became "collateral damage," because I'm still not hearing any motive she had for killing Davion. But she was willing to kill Davion despite apparently not having any beef with him, just because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. So to Hell with her.
@@BloodyBay I guess apparently she was wearing a seatbelt, while the the boyfriend and friend _were not._ So, that definitely says something. She still may have, in the moment, not cared too much about living/dying, as she was doing it on impulse and it's been shown that the rational/discerning part of the brain isn't fully developed until ~25 years old, so teenagers are a lot more impulsive. She still had to be a total narcissist (pretty clear from her social media), and socio/psychopath given her actions. Either way, once she woke up, she was clearly glad to have survived and probably happy to have taken out her (ex?) boyfriend - and like you say, could've cared less about the friend of his, as just necessary collateral damage. I thank you for your kind act. That was very loving of you. God bless you and that woman. I would like to share my testimony with you. I hadn't known love well, a girl had loved me and I didn't know. We played with each other every day. Classic childhood friends. I had to move with my family to another state, and after I looked back and realized that I had broken her heart. I was downcast due to this and was now going through a terrible experience at my new school (it was rated the worst school in the state at the time). I dealt with this school for a while, and then we moved to a new area. I was at a new school, and then Covid hit. During this time, I became locked into being that class clown that made perfect grades and playing games. I was bad and talking back to my mom. I said things I regret till this day. I was being destroyed inside slowly by these things and other things I won't mention here. 9th grade year started, and I saw this girl, and she immediately pulled my heart strings. I was immediately attracted to her. We were good friends for a while, and eventually, after a lot of stuff happened that I won't bore you with here, we got together. Long story short, I gave her my everything. I became obsessed. Eventually, she did something that was too bad for me to overlook, and we broke up. I was devastated. Over all these years, since Covid hit, I had dealt with not being able to break out of that shell of class clown. I couldn't fix my talking back issue, and my family issues were just...that's not something I need to put here. I went into depression, anxiety, worry, still had obsession, delusion, I was a pathological liar, and I was just all over the place and destroyed inside. I then felt an unnatural want to read the Bible. To truly know God for the first time. Over the next few months, I was healed, completely restored, and beat my bad habits and characteristics. I was saved. I felt joy and peace and still do that is undying. It wasn't and isn't normal. Jesus saved me. I ask, have you accepted Jesus? If not, are you willing to talk about it? I was delivered and saved, I would love you to be as well. Much love and God bless ❤✝️

That last kid is just getting started in his career as a criminal and they just let him go. Only a matter of time until he's on a memorial t-shirt and his momma is telling the news that he was a good boy and didn't ever hurt anyone.

She wasn't pleading, or crying, or denying that he did anything wrong; he messed up, and she was gonna let him face the consequences. Good on her.

After 15 years? Good luck finding another partner. Good luck with a career. And probably guilt for the rest of her life. In fact you could argue that her getting a second chance is the final punishment, because she always has to live knowing the victims didn't get one. Her entire life will be defined by this.

@@BloodyBay I guess apparently she was wearing a seatbelt, while the the boyfriend and friend _were not._ So, that definitely says something.

I admit, without context of the crime, I'd immediately point to the guy as the bad one, simply because he's the male. And I was in a bit of disbelief when I heard their conversations. All that demonizing of men by media and activists got to my head.
Same. I feel ashamed of myself

I'm guessing this kids had the same thoughts running in their heads like some kids often times say 'What's the worst they'll gonna do to us, we're just kids'
having your tiktok and instagram presented in a powerpoint presentation in a court trial is one of the many reasons why a person shouldn't commit a crime
Concurrent needs to be taken OUT of the legal system and every law dictionary. How the hell can you serve two sentences at the same time.
Pretty easily. It's two different crimes
For two differing crimes. Its usually an attempt to get a plea deal.
Not out of the dictionary. That is stupid. We are not going to ban the word "concurrent." No concurrent sentences..that is a debatable point.
the first case hurt me so much. I hope she stays in hell forever. Why would she even do that to two innocent boys?
Handcuffs in front. Ridiculous the soft treatment women get by the police
I mean to be fair it's not like she presents much of a phsical threat...
Bro this power point with tiktoks killing me XD so funny imagin you are on life time and you see that shit " im a bad bitch yeahhh hahahaha" naaaa i cannot
I know damn well she was embarrassed because I would be too 😭
15 years for double murder of teenage ? with proof she did it on purpose? seriously ?
She's gonna be in her early 30s when she gets out lol
Its 15 years before shes eligible for parole which she likely won't get
Welcome to America
@@joshuawidener8407extremely unlikely
@@jeezuschryst it really isn't. A minor with good behavior? She's only doing the minimum. It obviously matters what she does in the clink but that's up to anyone's guess
There's nothing more sad for a parent having to bury their child. My heart goes out to Dominic's and Davion's families. May these boys always be in the care of the Lord. 🙏 ✝️
“The Kia Boys”……You couldn’t pick a softer gang name. 😂
You can tell by her attitude in court that she got away with everything she did wrong in her life up to this point. She'll be popular in prison, but not in the way she was in high school.
I'm more concerned that it took 45 minutes to respond to the first one! That's absolutely insane
No one knew about it. She drove into the side of a business. It was like 4 am. The cop just happened to notice it as he was driving by. It wasn’t a late response. The cop just happened up on it
Rest in piece everyone who died from any murder you may be resting well in heaven amen
Peace is calmness.
Piece is not whole.
Guilty or not, did that cop really say that they need to get her out of the car as quickly as possible? Is he really that dumb? Every single person in existence with an IQ of over 50 knows that you don't move someone who has been badly injured until the medical professionals arrive.
I cannot begin to imagine the terror the two young men felt right before that crash😢
17:59 this officer should be commended. It’s not often I see an officer show empathy like this.
Happens all the time, just doesn't get recorded.
The first one is a poster child for defining those that think that they are their TikTok shortie films. She was totally out of touch with the reality of what she did, numb to any real emotion. Those poor boys as well as their grieving families...she's exactly where she belongs.
To hear that poor boy talking to her saying "No I can't let you in" He just sounded like an ok kid thinking 'damn this girl's nuts' She was more than nuts.
I love how there’s no clickbait in his thumbnails
Makenzie's not crying in remorse, she's crying because nobody but her psycho parents believed her line of BS.
i like when she said " YEAH YOURE GOIN TA GADDAMN JAIL " thatshits funny 😭😂
I feel so bad for the cop that had to see that. People who kill themselves or others dont think about the people that have to clean up the aftermath
why would they ? when you're at the point of killing yourself you don't have the energy or will to care about such a minor thing that won't impact you in any way, you're dead.
Who tf thought it was a good idea to leave guns in the open of the house with kids?🤦
It's only been in the last 30 years or so that kids seem to not have been taught to not touch guns. Kids on the frontier knew how to handle weapons and not kill someone like this.
They used to be able to handle them amicably.
