Excellent points. More customisation is key. Currently Sauce does everything I need. Zwift is moving in the right direction but much further amends are still required to match/supersede Sauce.
Drafting, Avg w/kg would be nice on the left gauge. Would love to see the groups dynamics from Sauce also in Zwift. And the option to turn things of we dont need/want. I have no need for the 800m elevation profile but cant turn it of and it takes a lot of the screen away.

My thoughts exactly the same as yours, missing course profile is a disappointment. During a race it would really help to plan efforts. Don't feel so bad now i know they are working on it though i wasn't aware of that. 👍
Yep, if they completely scraped it that would be a real shame. If they work on it and need more time, that's fine! My guess is they have problems showing courses with more laps (like 6x Glasgow Crit) - that is what Sauce for Zwift had historically problems with too.

But, zwift has been around for about 10 years and if you read all the feedback for 10 years you'd see thousands of posts talking about the hud and wanting significant improvements to it. If the best they can do is take "a small step" in any direction, right or wrong, once a decade then something is drastically wrong with the functioning of the company. I mean, fundamentally they are a software developer - Eric Min saw peloton making money, wished he was running peloton and foolishly went off on that pipe dream - and yet, somehow, even as both peloton failed and zwift's attempts to become them failed, Eric keeps his job and they blame it all on another pretend CEO they'd hired (presumably simply so he could be blamed if it went wrong?) That makes no sense. But I guess he knows nothing about software development so this lands on the other founder. Here he's added something that would have taken 1 programmer a week tops to code for the PC version - even if you add in a few weeks for the other platforms/OSes, there's nothing at all to explain why they can't develop software - what exactly is so difficult about changing the hud they need a decade to add the ability to customise a few of the fields. They cannot add features to zwift given 10 years and hundreds of millions in funding. And saying it's going to be more weeks to add an elevation profile of the whole course? It makes no sense.
Most people should have it very very soon. I believe it takes three days at most to deliver it to all people? What system do you use? If Apple TV, I can imagine that would be the last.
@RoadtoA You can see the current w/kg. However, if you watch a rider, you can see their HUD, so I wonder if you will be able to see their power bar split?
As it is currently configured, the map isn't that helpful. It shows the current grade which really just confirms what your legs are telling you. I occasionally use the map to see where a banner is. As far as the pivoting map goes, I don't think I've ever used it make a turn or change what route I'm on.. A profile of the next couple of kilometers would be much more useful.
Dont you have any problems reading those small numbers and characters ? My biggest problem with Zwift is, that without glasses (+2.00) I am not able to read anything on my tablet. Are your glasses dipotric too? Can you please recommend any good glasses useable riding on Zwift ? Greetings from Slovakia..
Yup, I've got prescription glasses, too, without them I wouldn't see anything. I've got dioptric glasses from Rudy Project, they are specifically made for sports and outside they turn into sunglasses. Expensive, but worth it. Cheers!
Yes, Peter....and your eyesight and intelligence are functioning perfectly well here to spot this. The odd thing is, no one at zwift has, over a decade, looked at their product running and thought "Hmm, the things people actually want to read are really small on our hud aren't they?" and to use zwift on a phone you'd need to put the phone on a digital microscope to read the UI. The sad thing is, the community has largely this "Well don't use a tablet, buy a big TV" mentality - but the hud sucks on a bigger display too. The default design is poor and there's no way of customising it - the few projects that tried to improve it were prevented by zwift encrypting data (and a terms and conditions that prohibit doing that) But my guess here Peter is that you've owned a much smaller bike computer that you could set up to see what you wanted and read perfectly well? Go figure...

There's already a lot of people who agreed with me here in the comments, so the "we" description is warranted, imo.
