I came into OW1 where the characters, counters, etc made sense to me as a new player (other than the bodyblocking) and it was fun and intuitive to learn. It's like they gave a shit about the lore of each player and how they work/counter others in real "physics" scenarios. It was such an interesting concept that I fell in love with. I can shoot heads on any game, but it's a shame I can't play arguably the best, most unique character in the game due to unintuitive movement issues and counters that just don't make sense like OW used to. I uninstalled it 2 days ago and haven't been happier. I'll take in real life until at least they rework Sombra and I'll come back just to see what's up. But it just isn't fun playing Ball anymore, or any interesting hero for that matter... not due to the players, but the way the devs making the game level for no skill heroes and effectively ridding the skill ceiling associated with these high skill, very engaging ones. And how they're just bandaging heroes with abilities that don't intuitively make sense: that Cass nade, wtf? Go back to the old stun from OW1. The Sombra hack while invis, and the fact that hacking through walls works 9/10 times? How the server prefer her movement over other characters every time, regardless of ping? These heroes used to require skill and were even fun to play. Ok I'm done with my rant. I still enjoy watching you Jakob.
@@khimaniznah olf cass nade was way more cancer atleast hinder misses often and only well hinders doesnt completely stop you from moving or doing anything
@@darkcat6530 I could at least bait the old stun and it would be the battle of wits vs skilled players. Now the new stun is unpredictable for either side. I'd rather have predictability thus it being a skill issue vs a hit or miss ability any day.
Overwatch is like a big game of rock paper scissors. You can either pick scissors to cut the paper hence countering something, or become a rock so big no paper can cover.
I never keep my profile private which makes people pick counters right from the beginning (even as far as Sombra + Brig), as if I'd care. It's onetrick or nothing
Because they don't have the skill to anticipate the dive, and don't learn to counter. These are the same people complaining enough to have the devs make heroes easier to play like Cass and Sombra. Now they just sit and right click on the backline.
Hinder and hack are just BS abilities that require no skill. Meis freeze usually isn’t too bad. If they were skill shots like Sleep or Hook, it wouldn’t bother me.
Funny how, I complained most of this game about ball being horrible as I go 28 and 0. I guess Overwatch gives and takes. 🤔

@khimaniz I feel that man. The game just isn't how it used to be.

That is the hardest line I've ever heard.

Yea, I don't mind skill shots, but most cc isn't one.
