    it's almost always so peaceful when two different marine species encounter each other. they seem to be aware of the vastness of the ocean around them - no need to fight because there really is enough space for both of us

      That's because it's not as easy catching typical predator/prey interactions underwater especially in the deep sea.

      I think they don’t want to face reality- those creatures live in our oceans, it’s not a video to creep anyone out. I agree with CJ, those ppl are lame. Keep showing others, you will find someone worth showing the videos to.

    Do you know if there's the possibility to see live on the Internet when they go deep in the ocean with ROVs? That would make a good opportunity for this channel to grow doing lives about deep ocean exploration.

      Yes, the EV Nautilus has a diving season each year and streams all of their dives with a live chat to ask questions as the dive happens. not sure if this year's dive season has begun yet, but they have hours of archived footage on their youtube channel!

    The dark deep places of the ocean seams scares and spooky. Whoever films these things are very brave. Because it’s dark, spooky and surrounding too.
    Hmm I don’t know why but I feel the the term “dark deep” seems familiar. Is it a place in a movie or tv show, it feels like it’s somewhere 🤔

      @@AbyssalArchivesA538 No, I was referring to the other creature, dead center, but pretty far out, at 8:15.
      PS - I'm not certain about the fish in front. The tail and side fins don't really suggest rattail, so perhaps some kind of cusk eel or snailfish?
