If you already have a notill setup for a few rounds with healthy worms. The worms are processing amendments in the soil and releasing casting in the soil. In this regards, asauming a plant is healthy, would there be any benefit to topdress with castings?

Always a benefit top dressing with castings and you don't need a lot.

I like to push it when it comes to amending. A little more than I really should...Instead of scratching it all into the existing soil and making things uncomfortable for the feeder roots, I mix the amendments with worm castings and a bit of peat/rice hulls and broadcast the mix over the surface of the soil. Makes a nice little buffer and my plants can handle it. The worms plow right up into it. Two weeks later I grind up some malted barley and lightly scratch it into the newer layer to enhance the breakdown process and loosen up the castings.
My soil profile when tested at the end of the cycle has been really good since I started doing this. The plant takes what it needs, right? This is the beauty of organics...no force feeding with nutes and no big dips in bio-available nutrient in the soil (as long as it's there at the end of cycle).
My first 2 cycles in no till saw really low numbers at finish.
I hate bombarding my pots with a ton of organics to get the numbers up before transplanting. For 2 weeks the basement reeked when I did it before. I thought it was the chop and drop stinking things up, but it was the volume of alf, kelp, crab, neem I was throwing in there. Dont even get me started on the fishbone. I switched to bovine bone meal because fish is straight up vomit inducing once it moistens up.
Absolutely use worm castings, however you do it. I love being a steward to my soil and I cackle like the devil himself each and every time I con mother nature into thinking my 20 gallon pots= forest floor.
