How to Make Regal Horned Lizards

I was working on an outdoor enclosure for my pancake tortoises the other night when I happened upon these two Regal Horned Lizards (Phrynosoma solare). The female, Lizzie(named by my little sister) is a resident in my yard and hangs out around this unused tortoise cage rather often. This male and another featured in this video I see less often. I'll assume the promise of fine dining was part of the deal as they set up shop near a harvester ant mound.

yes, these are one of several species of horned lizards native to this state.

I have 2 of these as pets but the male is like twice the size of my female do u think they can breed yet?
