Something cool that i never noticed before. When V punches Placide in the face at 6:12 the subtitles for Placide's respose "you dirty bitch" is in Haitian and translates into english, suggesting V has some sort of translation chip.
The Net in cyberpunk 2077 is basically a combination of Neuromancer and the Matrix. I wonder if we refuse to help the Voo Doo Boys breach the black wall, Johnny Silverhand will resent us very much because Alt's conciousness is stuck in the old NET. The NET will be a very interesting place to explore and all the possibilities surrounding this mysterious NET.
One thing that was always hard for me to understand was Cyberspace and how it interacts with the physical world. One aspect of it, it acts very similar to our version of the internet. Except in an archaic sense but simultaneously futuristic. Because the conception of the universe was far before the internet so Mike Pondsmith was pretty prophetic about the internet. But anyways it’s like our internet in one hand, but so much different, and so much more in the other. It’s not just a network of electronic devices and data. It’s a plane of existence. A digitized version of the physical universe. It can interact to the physical universe only through devices hooked up to the net around the world. And AI’s are the beings that live there. Which at some point humans created the net AND the AI’s that live there. Yet the wild AI’s seem so alien and like if their existence is completely independent of our own. Why do they want to tear down the black wall? What do they even want with our world? Did Cyberspace always exist and we just found a way into it? Or if not when did it come into existence? When the first computer was created? It’s just hard to wrap my head around, it’s so abstract.
Even wirth all the delays my hype never died /faded. It looks so huge it s wortg the wait. Plus i doubt i ll be able to run it straight off, without a new pc, so i'll just wait and enjoy the playthroughs when they come out.

I think lore can maybe interest you in a game a bit, interested in your feedback, does this video actually explain what you didn't know, or maybe you already knew this or you didn't understand. Thanks!
Žao mi je što više ne praviš sadržaj o vešcu, bio si jedini koji je to držao na nivou i uvek imao nove i zanimljive informacije. Tako mi Velikog sunca voleo bih da ga bude opet. Pozdrav!
Is this game going to play like Fallout, so you can decide when to do missions for npcs or like Maffia missian after mission and no free time between them?
3:30 Alexander Graham Bell (March 3, 1847 - August 2, 1922) was a Scottish-born inventor, scientist, and engineer who is credited with inventing and patenting the first practical telephone. He also co-founded the American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T) in 1885. Yes, the first theories and inventions on computing devices fiddled around in the 17th century. But you were putting the invention of the telephone into the 17th century with how you said it, yet the telephone was invented in the late 19th century by Manzetti, Bourseul, Meucci, and Philipp Reis, who accomplished the first transmission of spoken words in history.
In your next net video can you address who the top Netrunners are. Are their any rivalries in Netrunning like there are with Atom Smasher and Morgan Blackhand?
lol cyberpunk net is sounds like a oblivion magic realm then a bunch of computers communicating with each other. sounds like some thing someone who does not know anything about the actual net would wright.
too bad that you literally can't do anything with the net in game even though they talked about it as if you would be able to enter and interact with it.

I respect your vast knowledge of Cyberpunk lore. This was super helpful as I am planning to play a Net Runner as my first character.

Of course, you probably get it early in the game.
You get the one for Haitian from Judy
@@Seewhathappens101 I posted that comment before the game came out

Imagine all the Gwent cards beyond the wall waiting to possess every automation in the city.
hahahahaha
"You're stuck in your own region."
The Net is Region-Locked! No!
The city nets are locked, net is not but you can't access it in the universe yet.
Nord VPN, to the rescue!
Stuck in BR4Z1L
Thank you for continuing to push out content even though things are a bit grim right now. Love you brother!
Thanks for the 4K, man! Looks good on the big screen tv.
If the net has been made as its own world I think I’ll probably live there during my first playthrough tbh

There’s an old saying.
“The Net is vast and infinite.”
hi love your vids
Thanks for watching, glad you like it.
Excellent lore vid. I would really like to know what song that is, in the intro.
Someone said the cyberpunk net is comparable to the real life deep web and thats probably the best description ive seen lol
Close but it would be if you are able to browse deep web with VR, until then it's pretty much just as you would surf surface web
The net part is somthing im really looking forward to it sorta reminds me how the old shadowrun on Sega was? Maybe?
What a great summary - Thank you ;)
Always love your lore vids LKM! I already know ima enjoy this.

Using these to find a reason to even be somewhat optimistic towards this game at this point.
