Right on brother! We are not here to bash the Forza series; we love the games and we want them to be the best product possible. I would love it if these 7cars could be remodelled for future, or even for this game.
Yeah it seems like the creators have given up in a way since fh4 it feels like fh3 is the last forza game with that forza feel. fh4 and fh5 just seems like cheap copies of the original three games
As someone who's done 3D modelling for over 20 years even modelling from images as I do it's not rocket science to get the wheels in the middle of the wheel arch.
I think problem with the wheels coming from the changes in physics that has made to the Forza Engine through the years. I didn't played in the old Xbox 360 Forza titles, but I think in these titles wheels on this cars are properly aligned.
bro literally aye i always thought there was something up with that like it never came to mind but i knew it wasn’t what it actually is irl. it’s actually sad to see how far forza horizon has come and the further we go the cheaper they get in almost everything
The R32 GTR also has had the incorrect oem tire size/diameter for years. It's in the game as 225/50R17. The factory GTR wheels are 16x8 with 225/50R16. So in game the wheel and tire diameter to too large for the chassis
What I find interesting and strange is that some cars that are only a few years old like the 2016 Mazda MX5 Miata and 2019 Porsche Cayenne do not have detailed engine bays as the hood/bonnet is locked and cannot be opened. Those cars were around during the Xbox One era so the fact that there is no engine view in Forzavista is surprising in my opinion.
I remember using the Subaru 22B a lot when I played the original Forza Motorsport, and it had the same problem with the front end, which means its model probably dates back to that game. Really frustrating when you think about it
The Ford Racing Puma’s Sparco seats should be 2 shades of blue not grey. The Focus RS Mk2’s rear lights are wrong. The RS had LED rear lights, so when they are on, the top and bottom part are lit all the time and then the bottom lights up more when under braking. I have the same lights on my late model Mk2 ST.
Nissan 350Z also needs an update. The interior is missing a few features like driver and passenger knee comfort pads, there is no engine or boot modelling at all (you can only open the doors), the car looks too tall, and the engine sound is off. Also, would love to see a 350Z Roadster added as another convertible car in the game. Playground Games, if you're reading this, I'm more than willing to let you model and record mine, just fuel it up when you're done.
If the Nismo front bumper is applied, it has reflectors where the air intakes should be and the Brembo brakes are low poly models. Also, the radiator is missing....lol.
I’m so glad people are starting to take notice of these inaccuracies. No excuses considering this is the best selling racing game ever, please try a little harder devs…
OH MY GOD FINALLY SOMEONE MADE A VIDEO ABOUT THIS there are tens if not like a hundred of cars that are begging for a remodel currently in Horizon 5, this should be a separate video series
one thing that bothers me is the chassis on it. if you look at it very closely in the front, it is not straight or in the middle, it is moved closer to the wheel wells
Alot of American muscle cars need remodeling too. Both chevelles, the 70 challenger, the 65 GTO and few of the mustangs need it badly. It seems like Turn 10 has been caring more about throwing in exotic cars more then jdm and American cars. And the MG3 and the sunshine in the last update were terrible. A game based In Mexico should have more jdm and American cars added.
Eric my man, you should've put way more than 7 cars that need remodeling. Like the Mazda RX-7 FD, Nissan Skyline R34, Corvette C2, Chevy Camaro 1969, the Monaro definitely, and the Saleen S7. Plus more that I can't think of lmao.
It's an minor detail but in the scirocco R they went lazy and copied and pasted the drivers door into the passenger. The real life car does not have an button for the trunk opening in passenger door and also the door has mirror adjustment in the passenger seat which also isn't realistic
I’ve played most of the Motorsport games and all but the second horizon games. Only on horizon five have I really gotten into all the features of eliminator, arcade, etc (I know some of these are only on horizon 5). Until then I’ve been pretty casual. Still I never notice what models are outdated and it doesn’t really bother me. Honestly I’d rather have all the outdated cars brought back like this than not have them at all. But that’s just my opinion. I miss my s281 Saleen mustang.
I think the Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo is also an example of a long recycled model. The front just looks wrong and too sharp, the mirrors are way too low, exhausts are way too big as well as the tail lights. Triggers my OCD everytime I see it lol
Honestly. I would have preferred having less cars available at launch than to have all these outdated models, it feels so lazy and takes away from the good effort put into the rest of the game
I think its kind of cool and maybe even nostalgic in a sense to have these cars that have been the same model as the ones from the old games just with improved shaders and polycount. Its like driving a relic lol
Anyone notice the Nissan R390's exhaust are sticking through the rear bumper? It kinda looks like the tips were glued on top of the rear bumper and you can see the bumper inside the tips as well. Haven't gone back yet, but I'm pretty sure this want an issue in horizon 4.
Its just a small visual bug. The wheels started as either white/black and got painted white/black, and when it spins it glitches back to original color.
Interesting that all these cars are ones with body modifications, I imagine the reason that they're keeping the old models is because they don't want to go to the trouble of finding and scanning a car with all the correct (and licenced) bumpers/sideskirts etc. That would be insanely expensive so I imagine that's why they've not done it.
They don’t care bro launching a game with so many bugs one which annoys me the most is gonna be the eliminator bug where the car freezes for a couple of seconds same happens when u get out of any festival sites or house its too broken of a game
Being a Call Of Duty player as well as a Forza one... it's hilarious seeing CoD create brand new versions of guns that have been in the franchise before multiple times over, while Forza is recycling car models from over a DECADE in their modern titles
Vauxhall monaro VXR is an honorable mention here too, the front and rear look way too stretched and fat compared to the real model, the 2006 Pontiac GTO model in FM4 was way more accurate and realistic but they decided to stay with the same weirdly stretched monaro model for the past 17 years
It’s just lazy and shows a lack of quality, which doesn’t surprise with how frequent releases have been over that time. Compare it to GT which has improved its biggest issues massively in GT Sport
Something no one would ever see is the rear bumper on the fiesta xr2 mk1. In rl there is a small bumb on the left side for the spare wheel, while in fh5, there is none. The funny thing is, even in fh2, where the xr2 was first seen, there was no 'spare wheel bumb'. Seems like they've scanned a ,non xr2'
Sorry to be off topic, but right at the start, the white sedan shown driving around looks to be an ae101 corolla..... Wasn't aware of this car being included in any game format. I'm a huge corolla fan, so if it is, I need the game it's featured in! Love the video, and a huge fan of the forza series
I’m not sure if I like or hate how the 22b is in forza Also the Impreza blobeye’s colours are wrong (mostly the silvers) I fixed it with metallic colours I also think they should make it so you can have the new fixed models and the old ones too (as a legacy mode or something)
I'm the same way with the 22B. I kinda like how aggressive the front end looks with how big the grill is, but it always looks like its squinting like it can't see what its looking at
We need way more Volkswagens and Hondas more Nissans and honestly more street cars . These games are infested with ridiculous super/hyper cars. shit I would be fine if they even just let us slam the cars way more than we can.
oh and the R32 Skyline was actually remodeled for FM5, that's how horrible it is and on X360 it featured like 5 different bodykits, only the DoLuck is present to this day, and even then it's unlicensed, inaccurate and incomplete
Another thing with the honda civic ep3 is that on one side of the car the wheels poke way more then the other side and thats been like that atleast since fh2.

the fact NFS did better on modeling of those 90s JDM for being a foreign developer where they can't access those real cars to be laser-scanned unless someone imports them
Bruh the amount of flaws for first person have grown exponentially but the biggest problems for me are the paddles don't move when the character shifts and the seating placement in some cars is just wrong (in the C8 Corvette of all things, it's like your an old grandma sitting as close to the steering wheel as possible since you can't even see out of either the driver side or cockpit mirror, I can't remember)

Honestly i was happy the Mercedes a45 was remodelled a bit.. at least I think it was because it genuinely feels different. The r32 might have gotten a simple upscale.. but definitely not a good remodel
More Cars: Toyota Celica ST205 GT-Four '95 (Only Side Doors open unlike the ST185) Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car '98 (doesn't even explode in Forzavista, Dashboard is a mockup and incorrectly colored [should be red]) Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427 '67 (only side doors open) Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 '70 (only side doors open) Nissan GT-R Black Edition '12 (engine bay, rear passenger doors and rear storage don't open unlike the 2017 GT-R) Subaru Impreza WRX STi '04 (all doors open except the rear passenger doors, could be a bug left over from the first Forza game that featured the car)
They did in Forza Motorsport 1. However, the side skirts were gone in Forza Motorsport 2, and they are still gone. One of the aftermarket brands of aero parts for the CRX are incorrect since the first game. For example, the "Mugen" bodykit isn't even a mugen bodykit. The real Mugen bodykit is only in the first game, but it is labeled as a "Wings West" bodykit except for the rear spoiler where the brands are labeled correctly.
@@CoronetFan Sadly, *they never put the side skirts back on* even in Forza Horizon 5 with no signs it might ever be fixed. There are many problems regarding the car models in most of the Forza titles. When that problem will be fixed would be upon Playground Games and Turn 10. BTW thank you for replying to me as it is my second time replying to someone on RUclips.
The fact they made the claim that all older car models are replaced with new models wich wil create distrust and thus hurting sales possibly only saved a little by gamepass wich is why they should do it within horizon 5 if they want to have a good chance of having of everyone wanting to play the game..
Forgot to mention the headlights on the s15 aren't long enough. I'm a massive fan of the r32 golf but every time I see the awful model on forza I don't bother using it
Since Forza Motorsport 2023 will have 500 Cars, Turn 10 might let go of some of the cars such as the ones shown below: Honda Civic Type R EP Nissan Silvia S15 Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 Volkswagen Golf R32 MkIV

the R34 model is starting to show its age as well. Just have a look at the lack of textures in the engine bay and interior during forzavista
it kinda looks like a 2002 Opel Astra lol

The countach and 360 too
What about 1999 dodge viper acr ?
Update the Ford mustang GT from 2018 at least change the engine sound because it doesn’t sound accurate
The 240z fairlady wheelbase seems off
Good video dude. Why they don't give a shit about remodeling.
in my opinion the only one that's really shameful is the Silvia s15... heck that car looks like a croissant 🥐
The celica zzt231 is a SSII not a SSI
I wish they'll remodel all recycled cars now that are from the xbox 360 days like the nissan silvia s15 and my fave car (vw golf r r32)
Forgot to mention the headlights on the s15 aren't long enough. I'm a massive fan of the r32 golf but every time I see the awful model on forza I don't bother using it
All of the skylines need a rescan, these models are too outdated. Hopefully the devs actually recognise this as a problem
I would be willing to wait for more cars if it meant they took the time to get them right
Since Forza Motorsport 2023 will have 500 Cars, Turn 10 might let go of some of the cars such as the ones shown below:
Honda Civic Type R EP
Nissan Silvia S15
Nissan Skyline GT-R R32
Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86
Volkswagen Golf R32 MkIV
