Demo Reel 2022 rev.2, a collection of experiments, and first steps toward character animation.

The most important lesson I learned here: PLANNING IS ESSENTIAL. Both project planning and shot planning. The second most important lesson I learned here: I NEED PROBLEM SOLVING TOOLS.
It's fair to say that these conclusions formed the basis for two new plugins: Legato Conductor, and Legato Breakdance.

The lessons I learned from this:
1. You have to entice random viewers to keep them watching. With emotions, situations and frustrations that we recognize.
2. A logical shot sequence and set design makes your message stronger.
3. The performance of a figure should be easy to adjust.
1. and 2. inspired me to build Conductor, to support the story design process.
3. inspired me to build Breakdance, for fast performance setup & modification.

This demo reel is a somewhat rough collection of some animation techniques. Although a bit old it is still nice as a benchmark. There is a lot to improve.
