Dont worry, its nothing that wont get better over time, the videos already got some flavor, now we just need people to click on it, try making the thumbnail a bit clearer, changing the brightness/contrast might help!
@@Bad_Karma777 Thanks for the tips mate, I know next to nothing about photoshop/image editing etc so I'm just making it up as I go haha Love your content by the way, I always send people your way if they want advice on a plane I don't really fly 👍
I like the boarder you've added, it makes it easier to identify thats its one of your videos. Personly I really like the thumbnail on the Typhoon fgr vid, its clear and bright.
@@mujipanda1947 That's because it's an actual photograph taken at an airshow by a friend of mine, sadly can't do that for every thumbnail haha. I'll try messing around with stuff like the brightness/contrast as karma suggested
The green outline is honestly hard to see when it's a small thumbnail. You could certainly keep it but it needs something more to stand out. 1) You could make the outline thicker. 2) A transparent gradient behind the plane might look cool - make a rectangle the size of the thumbnail with 0% opacity on the left, maybe 25% opacity on the right. Leave the JF-17 on the very top layer so it's still visible. More than just small graphical changes though, I'd think about your channel branding. The guinea pig has a lot of potential but isn't in your thumbnails. This would give it some good personality. In my opinion your channel needs a "face" (or logo) that people will instantly recognize when sharing your video. I do love the guinea pig. Goddammit I only just got the pun on Megan Fox... shows how slow I am lol. Maybe there's a way to integrate that into the theme? (Is it possible to have a guinea pig that looks like Megan Fox?)
Love to see this channel growing so quick and gaining more viewership, on par with the quality of the videos being made - not many channels doing serious walkthroughs and step by steps like this.
Love the modification breakdown at the start! Not sure I've seen many people break it down visually like that - helps so that you can pause and digest it for a sec. Something else I appreciate - your dogfighting isn't perfect - you make reasonable assumptions or small mistakes here and there, but keep it in the video. Talking through it and analyzing those mistakes is just as important as the pristine, perfect gameplay clips. Great quote at 12:54 - "Try and condition yourself to enjoy those moments in War Thunder where you flew well but didn't get any rewards, because if you're completely rewards-driven, then you're probably not going to enjoy the game as much and you'll probably burn out." Good advice in general. Things are more rewarding when you have that intrinsic motivation behind it. Keep up the great work!
Thank you mate! Yeah the mod thing was an idea I had after learning the cursed order in which one of my friends was researching his mods haha And you are absolutely correct on my dogfighting, by far the weakest part of my game. Dogfights in top tier are rare so practice is also rare, I only recently started playing in TSS so I'm working on it going forward. For now though I try to avoid acting like I have some kind of authority on it, but if I have clips I like to break down what I think is going on. Fox-3 is really where 90% of my gameplay knowledge lies so that's obviously my main focus
@MiGanFox3 Some RUclipsrs' authority comes off as being a bit pretentious, I feel like you're more down to earth / humble, or just straight to the point. The Fox-3 analysis has been great. Never could consistently notch, multipath, all that until finding your vids this past week or two.
@@toastoftriumph Glad to hear that! Yeah the 2 things I want to try and avoid is projecting any kind of arrogance, and I want to avoid being clickbaity as best I can

Just wanted to say I love the content you’ve been putting out. I found you by chance while watching RUclips on holiday and I’ve since binged all of your content. You do an excellent job of clearly articulating your decision making and I’ve been able to translate what I’ve learned into my own gameplay. My confidence in my defensive flying has improved considerably. Thank you for the work you’ve done, I am looking forward to any future content you put out. 12:57 amen. Im happy if i notched multiple missiles or if i didnt died in the first encounters. The thumbnail is good and def gets the attention. Maybe you should choose a thumbnail style that people connect you instantly. For the recognition.👌
Yep I'm just trying to settle on how I want it to look, I like the text and the same green outline on the plane to make it pop a bit more. Just trying to settle on a border gradient. I'm also wondering if maybe I include the channel icon in one of the corners

If you didn't catch it Catwerfer's recent notching video is great for those detailed breakdowns in sensor view. Recommend you check it out if you didn't already 👍
Have to say I love your breakdowns of engagements. Honestly I am a Ground RB enjoyer and Air RB is mostly for "grinding". For flying I (used to) enjoy the buggy mess that is DCS World ;) So notching etc. is nothing "new" to me but seeing it explained in the WT meta helped a lot. By the way, the Jeff is one of my favorite modules in DCS.
Unless you're caught out super close range, pretty reliable. If I get hit I can usually watch it back and have a look in sensor view and see I made a mistake (got my angle wrong, didn't change trajectory enough, didn't maintain the notch and the missile re-acquired me for example). Try to look for patterns in how you're dying and then you can better understand what you may have done wrong
@MiGanFox3 This is great advice, had some really bad experiences against the 120Bs of the Eurofighter and simply figured out that my periodic chaffing led the missile right back to me...
@@simula152 A good tip from Catwerfer's recent notching video is to chaff in bursts Establish your notch, quick double tap of chaff, descend/climb. If missile doesn't appear to be leaving your RWR then repeat

hi. i really like your videos, ive learnt a lot from them, do you think that maybe you can do a f20 video?
Maybe in future, I don't actually own it at the moment
This for a 13.3 is very fair should a standard tbh but something like the SU34 as a missile truck is crazy to be 13.3 as well. SU34 needs to be 13.7
Compression as always is a bit of an issue, I'd find the Su-34 tough to play at 13.7 with the lack of HMD and relatively weak flight model
Will you feature the regular F15 without Fox-3s?
Not likely, I don't enjoy the high tier SARH aircraft because they're in a bad spot right now
Do you have a discord my dude? Somewhere less memey compared to other creators to talk about the game/tips/tactics etc?
