He was not the guilt, he suffers from poverty, he was poor and the society killed him, the media trial killed him and if he would be rich he would be amongst us. Remember Salman khal also in this regard! If u hv money u have everything, otherwise there will be no mercy. The earth rotates around money!!
Listen to the father. He finished a much bigger part of his earning to help his son get justice, paying the fee of lawyers, and at the end lost everything. He served for 14 years in jail and then hanged. Brutal joke😶
This man was a framed victim by the Law. When he demanded for a light detector test to claim the truth, the court didn't took any interest on that. Sadly our Law needed a face and a victim for the crime, and Dhananjay was just a goat found for the sacrifice. This decision is a total shame in the face of Law. Really feel pretty much sad by looking at his father's face and the hope he had against the Law, but he didn't knew that the Poors never get JUSTICE in compare with the Rich. Money and Power matters to get the JUSTICE in our Country. And that is the most saddest part.😪😪😪
He was given 2 verdict for 1 case nd thats not fair...1st he was guven 14 yrs imprisonment verdict nd after completing that he was again given feath penalty
such a shame on indian judicary....i can fell the pain of an inoccent human being getting tourtured in prision....n the suffering of his family....where s bloody humanity....i truly feel as a human being the real cuprit should be given capital punisent ....n the whole of the nation should take care of his family....after doing everything...i still dont feel we can escape from that sin which was commited towards this fellow whose only fault was that he was poor......spitting on humanity....animals are far more better...i truly give a vote of thanks to the persons who have bought the true picture to this so called society dominated by a blood sucking species known as humans
If this is seriously what had happened in the case of Dhananjoy Chatterjee ,i.e. the miscarriage of justice , then we do sure have a lot on ourselves. We, as a society have a lot of burden on us to set things right. We just hope that there is a penance for this unforgiving crime that we as a society have been so complicit in committing. It was as if we had been held by the nose and led to rejoice and cheer for the favorite fall guy who in this case was a man so incapable of defending himself against the might of the State which was so hell bent on getting their fall guy.
Very interesting to hear all of the points of view. I particularly enjoy listening to PP Rao the senior court advocate , he speaks fairly and with perfect sense. One wonders what they think of the US system of continuous appeals taking decades while a person sits on death row?
Black History of Indian Judicial System
Dhananjay was not the actual murderer . The parekh family has made a great drama wide dhananjay
Yeah agreed.

True! Family must claim compensation from the judiciary with Dignity.

Justice for dhananjay
Dhananjay Nirdosh he
Justice is not given by killing others.
If you cannot create the life so anybody doesn't have right to take a life... culprit politicians and system
Dhanonjoy Hanging is Very Sad. Dhanonjoy is Not Gilti
He was totally innocent....that case was totally false....no justice was given to him....
A defenceless weak person against the moneyed system

andha kanun.. only power ,money and bloody political issue matters in law..shame on indian constitution..indian judiciary
I feel so sad for him..
Shame on Indian law.
Big fishes eat the small and helpless fishes.
Shameful judicial system
Very sad. He was honest
I am trying to understand why a rapist would kill his victim to tie loose ends but leave his clothes behind?
Totally dubious decision from the court. Also what baffles me is even after 14 years, circumstancial evidences formed the crux of the final judgement.
Shame on sold media
