Really happy for you progressing in this way. I'm ostensibly happy, but there's always an underlying degree of unhappiness that I have to suppress. Some days are easier than others, but it takes work and distractions on the worst days.
It would be much healthier to talk it out with a counselor or therapist than to keep trying to suppress it!! Suppressing unhappiness, or other feelings, is the WORST thing you can do!!
My advice to you is appreciate every day that you're alive. look at the beauty of nature that God created. take it all in and feel energized! life has changed for the better moving forward
